Buttermilk Kitchen is a restaurant in Atlanta that specializes in traditional American Cuisine, particularly breakfast and brunch dishes. Our mission is to nurture customers with wholesome local food and a smile. A kitchen where most everything is made in-house from scratch, paying tribute to its name, 'Buttermilk,' which refers to the liquid repurposed after butter is churned.

This family-friendly restaurant offers dishes that the entire family enjoys. Menu items include pork belly and eggs, chicken and biscuits, roasted banana pudding, strawberry cinnamon roll, strawberry cobbler pancakes and roasted potatoes. Buttermilk Kitchen offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The dining room is styled with black and white artwork, rustic beams, rich hardwood floors, a large wooden bar, traditional table seating and big windows. The Buttermilk Kitchen also provides several rooms for private parties and functions of all sizes.

                                                                                                                                          Very busy place! Super friendly service (thank you!) Menu is interesting and the food was excellent! The only complaint was the bathrooms. Very messy and dirty… so much so I would not use it.

We'd booked a table in advance and were shown to our table as soon as we got there which was great. The reason I'm only giving it 4 stars is because there were 5 of us yet they squeezed us around a table for 4. Also, not in the main restaurant but on the covered patio with its outside furniture and nowhere near as nice an atmosphere as in the main restaurant. If you've made a reservation, I think it's fair to expect you'll be put on a decent table in the main restaurant that's big enough for your party.

I brought my vegetarian roommates, who haven't eaten meat in 10 years, and even they decided to eat the bacon and fries chicken here. They said it was extremely worth it!! Lolol
