There was no fillet steak there which I always go there for a fillet nothing else, I was told there was no fillet steak there and they was all sold out, I asked for a drink first and they had no peroni there so I had to have madri. The chips was hot just warm. Always had a great meal there but this time was a bit disappointing.

Had a lovely meal tonight with my husband for his birthday, first time visiting and the food was delicious, we will definitely be back again 👍🏻

The most delicious meal we’ve had in ages. Looking forward to going back for Sunday Lunch. Already recommended it to a friend who has booked for a weekday meal and Sunday Lunch my parents have raved about Butterflies since their first visit and we can see why. If you are considering booking, do it!

Food was outstanding. Service was disgusting. Tried taking £45 out of my bank account without informing me before my food had even come because 2 people were ill on the day and couldn't make it. Couldn't call them beforehand as they do not open till 5pm. They are still trying to take the £45 out of my bank account today even though I paid an extra charge on the day. Asked a staff member on the day and she said she did not know so went and got someone else to explain. My card was blocked so got a half arsed apology on the way out. Shocking service which is a shame as the food was some of the best I've had. Kitchen staff 👏

Visited with friends this time, and as usual the service and food were outstanding. Already booked various tables up until June 2026 to make sure we dont miss out!

We can’t praise this restaurant enough! From the moment we walked in, everything was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff are consistently helpful and attentive, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The Sunday lunch in particular is hands down the best we’ve ever had - perfectly cooked, beautifully presented and full of flavour. We’ve been several times and it never disappoints. Truly faultless in every way!!
