Best chicken burger I’ve ever tried. We’re a group of friends who once a month go somewhere that we’ve never been and we’re all unsure how any other place will top the chicken burgers. 100/10!

Been a few times before always very good. This time not as good chips weren’t fresh and crisp. Also chicken fingers were over cooked. Service charge automatically added not good.

Absolutely excellent burgers! Restaurant was quite quiet when we went, so service was prompt and efficient initially though took a while to catch attention to order more drinks later. Staff were friendly though.

The dinner was great and the service excellent. To improve the experience I would point how spicy are the different products with symbols. One of the burgers was extremely spicy so I had to divided it with a colleague.

The food was great, but we had made a reservation with a request for two high chairs and only one was available - and we weren’t informed of this beforehand. This makes a real difference when eating with young children.

My third time being at Butta Burger and my second at the Quartermile restaurant. My Girlfriend and I were having a day at the fringe festival and she had never been to Butta so I recommended it. We checked online and saw that there was plenty of availability so didn’t book and just walked in and asked for a table. One of your members of staff then told us there were no available tables and they were all fully booked for the rest of the evening (even though we could see empty tables in the restaurant). This confused us so I proceeded to ask him “ok no worries, is there any way we can sit outside” before I could even finish my sentence he turned his back on us and walked off. We couldn’t believe how rude this was and I’ve never seen anything quite like it in a restaurant before. I didn’t bother chasing him so we just left. I walked about 5 steps out the door and simply went online and booked a table for 10 minutes time (there were loads of tables available). Not entirely sure what your employee was trying to achieve my turning customers away without valid reason. So 10 minutes later we strolled back in and greeted by one of your female members of staff who was much more professional and happy to serve us. Food is always delicious here but I was really disappointed with the way we were treated by rude and impatient staff.

Food was good, a bit overpriced. When booking had standard or outdoor options, chose standard, but still got put outdoors. Staff didn't give us any cutlery or napkins when they gave us our food, had to go searching for a member to get it. Wouldn't go back

Fabulous food, portions are great. Would have been nice to have been informed that the fries were large enough to share, as we ended up wasting a lot of food and purchasing more than necessary; but I suppose I also could have asked! The food was extremely tasty, service was great, it was busy but the staff were attentive and helpful. 5/5 for the food!

Good location as we required to be close to Fringe venues. Easy to book and good choice. Service was a little slow, they could use a couple of more staff. Food was good, but they could advise that the sides are mainly dry and recommend that dips are also purchased, or just include them instead of selling separately.

Great burgers and good service. Loved upto the high standards set at their original branch. Very filing and well seasoned. My chicken Kiev had plenty of the delicious black garlic mayo promised and the fries were nice and crispy

We really enjoyed our food at Butta Burger and our waitress was excellent. The thing we found off putting was the noise level in the restaurant - we felt the acoustics were poor. Don’t like complaining but it was really hard to make conversation at our table due to the overall noise level and the chairs made such a noise going over the floor. Varied menu with something for everyone. Thank you

Beautiful meal today. I'm always wary on burgers are the cooked till not red/pink but not dried out. These burgers are perfectly cooked. Definitely be back, but with baby wipes next time. Lol

The food is ok, the burgers were of a good standard but not worth £14 for the burger alone. The fries, sold separately, were nothing special and I think one of the portions was £7. Overpriced for the actual quality on offer but if you don't mind paying £80 for a meal for two with two cocktails each then this is the place for you.

Went here tonight with my Husband and two Children. From the minute we walked in the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Every need was catered for. Our server Amy was excellent, she even came to the rescue when my son dropped his drink down himself and shattered the glass. She made sure he was ok first and foremost. Amy was attentive and friendly, a total diamond! The food was excellent, we will definitely be back! Even the kids were asking when we can come back again! Brilliant service and excellent food. Highly recommend.

Just a small gripe. As our table was next to the door it was very cold when the door was not closing properly after the takeaway drivers were collecting there orders, it wouldn’t stop me from coming back
