We weren’t very happy with our dining experience at Butta Burger. The lightning was very bright and uncomfortable. The food and drinks were too expensive and the burgers are very small. Overall I would not recommend nor come again.

Server was friendly and attentive which was really the only positive. We were seated next to the back door that was opened continually by delivery drivers providing a constant cold draft. Bacon Cheese burger was absolutely bang average and the chicken dish was ruined by the over powering black garlic sauce, poured directly over the food instead of coming separately. Fries weren’t bad but I’d expect nothing less. £112 for 4 adults and a small child was a bit OTT for what was on offer in my opinion. I’d been looking forward to visiting this place for some time but all in all, I wish I’d stayed home.

Only giving 4 star for service as it did feel like it took a while to get a waiters attention. Not there fault as I believe there might've not been enough staff. Food was great and milkshake was the best oreo milkshake I had! Would be bit better if there was another toilet as the only one I could see was one disabled toilet.

Recommend the chicken burgers over the beef options, Chicken wings were succulent and the heat sauce was tasty, Truffles fries were very good. Only downside is the Jalapeno relish was not good and the amount they put at the bottom of the burger made the bun incredibly soggy and mushy.

Nice enough selection of burgers and chicken. Parmesan and rosemary fries had the wrong balance of Parmesan and rosemary. Would have been nice with more rosemary and less smothered in cheese, imho. Because there are doors to the outside at either end of the restaurant, and it was a cold evening, every time a deliveroo driver arrived, they let in a draught. Food was tasty enough, service was fine too - I'd go back, but there's little to distinguish it from a dozen other burger restaurants in the vicinity, I think.

Our server was great very attentive, well mannered and extremely polite. We had a very pleasant chat with him but unfortunately didn’t catch his name. The service was extremely quick and the food was brilliant. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed everything and would love to come back again :)

Chicken was poor, had to send it back as it inedible. Service was standard but the restaurant was cold and drinks were warm not cold. Overall an unpleasant experience
