I have been wanting to try this place for quite a while. I met my son there for a "father/ son night. I guess we weren't dressed good enough, we were seated at the bar. Our server was really good....liked him. I was all set on the Long Rib. I was expecting a smoked meaty special rib eye/ rib bone thing, wood smoked with a smoke ring...classic BBQ. Instead I got pot mushy pot roast, actually brisket, loaded with sauce. I was very disappointed for $56 bucks. The potato pave side was good, but anything with that much butter/ cream and cheese is bound to taste good. Hot brussels sprouts were OK. I might come back sometime and go for the sausage and see how that goes. I got to spend some time with my son, so that made it a good night out.

Visited Minneapolis for a Vikings game and went there for dinner after the game with my dad. One of the best meals I can recall having in a while.

Great food and tremendous service. The server was the best part of the experience. They also had an interesting menu. In my financial situation it would only qualify for special occasions as it is rather spendy in my opinion. Of course that is all relative.

Their portions are huge but the entrees are so expensive... I wish they’d half the portions and half the price! But... the food is delicious!

Awesome experience once again. I have dined here many times and have never been disappointed. The pork chop and long rib are my usual choices, but the other options are also great. Service is always first class and the drinks are excellent as well. Try the Old Fashions if you like that type of cocktail.

I was very disappointed in my experience. The hostess was rude and pretentious. We didn't get sat until 9:10 and our reservation was for 8:30. When asked how long it would be the hostess said "we have your number and will text you". I shared with her we only had a sitter until 10pm and didn't want to rush through our meal. Thankfully the bar had two open seats. They were friendly, but got our order wrong. It was a complete disappointment. There are a lot of "trendy" butcher and farm to table restaurants in minneapolis. It is not acceptable to be rude to your customers when you are charging quite a bit for meals. Our bill was almost $200 for two people. We were there to gave a good night, enjoy the ritual of dining out and being waited on. Completely unacceptable and a big disappointment!

It was our first time here to celebrate my birthday. Everything was amazing! Our server was knowledgeable and offered great suggestions. Everything everyone ordered was amazing! The sausage sampler was a great idea so everyone got to taste that but not order the full order of specific sausages. I had the scallops and my husband had the Ny strip, friends had halibut and the fish special of marlin. We shared the shrimp Mac, hot brussel sprouts and potato pate. For dessert we ordered the cheesecake, flourless chocolate cake and s’mores. The espresso martini was amazing one of the best I’ve had. It’s definitely a pricy meal, however the quality is definitely there! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will be back!
