Fantastic, although it's pretty loud ... we were shouting across the table to hear each other
The service we received was top of class!! The food was amazing. I will return in my next trip to Minneapolis!
Great vibe and even better food and drink. The boneless pork chop was awesome. Can’t wait tongonba knn
A bit spendy. And they could have a few happy hour specials if you are there at 5.
Excellent food, not very accommodating when changing reservations, they know their food is good and so they don’t think they have to be kind to me. And very expensive , but suggest you splurge!
The food is mostly OK, but not for the price!!! I've found many steak houses that had better food for half the price. Half! On top of that, we could hear everyone around us having to cut all the accouterments out of their steak dinner. (Salad, potatoes and vegetables, ALL STANDARD WITH ANY OTHER STEAK DINNER ANYWHERE ELSE). The couple next to us had to split a steak, split one bowl of potatoes, and not do any soups, salads, vegetables etc. On top of that, they offer NO bread. So basically you get a slab of meat and nothing with it. Better order water of you're thirsty. I make good money and will never go back. My fiance and I each got out own steak and ended up splitting a veggie and splitting a potatoe. One drink each and shelled out 222.00 dollars. I was hungry as soon as I got home. I missed having soup and salad and having to split the 2 sides we chose from. My fiance missed the bread and still spent 222.00. Never would go back or recommend. Very poor value. Ripping off Minneapolis one person at a time. Lastly, my fiance is a veteran and we were there for veterans day. Nobody asked because nobody cared. Finally as we were leaving I asked for him and the waiter said "um oh yeah, I'll get you a dessert" and came back with it 20min later.
The food and beverages never disappoint. Our waitress was friendly and competent and the service staff was spot on. Our favorite place to dine on special occasions.
Although you pay quite a bit, the seating can be tight and the atmosphere is very noisy. Despite this, the service was above and beyond! Really good drinks and an endless menu of liquor and wine. Everything was supremely fresh but a bit on the spicy side for my acid reflux ;) The cornbread was not very good, the longbone was delicious, and the sausages were very spicy. Would try it again to sample some other items but would try the dining room or a booth instead of the seating just inside the front door that is tight.
Terrific for meat eaters! Big portions big flavors super great server who could both tease us and cater to our cravings. Loved it!
Fantastic food, great ambiance and our server Michelle had great recommendations and tips. Thanks again!
Excellent service and selections. Filet melted in my mouth. Wish there were more veggie and mid level entrees. $30 - $40.00 range - ther than salads.
The best waiter ever! Sam Anderson
Great food and service. Pricey but worth it. Sausage platter was amazing...
Our server, Michelle, was top notch and the food and drinks were excellent.
Service was good - very busy spot but food comes super quickly. Glad we spent our anniversary here.
Most amazing meal!! The short rib fell apart like butter.
First time visiting. Had a great time. I recommend the long rib if it's your first time. Really, really good. Great cocktails, too.
So Much MEAT!! Love it.
Service and food was good. Expensive for what you get.
Great whiskey selection. Food and drinks where great, you pay for it - expensive.
Great service. Great food.
We came here for a birthday. It was nearly impossible to hold a conversation. Part of that was being 10 inches away from the next tables, but also just where were were seated we were surrounded by groups. Our server was great the entire evening.
We ordered the Crafted Charcuterie, Pork Chop, Long Rib, Creole Shrimp Mac & Cheese, Smoked Baby Carrots, Skillet Cornbread, and Dark Chocolate Cake.
The Charcuterie was good but nothing special. The Pork Chop was delicious. The Long Rib was mostly fat and too peppery in places, but the other bites were amazing. The mac & cheese was worth getting again. The carrots were one of the better items. The cornbread was cornbread but the butter was enjoyable. The chocolate cake was good if you got a bite of all the elements at once.
I would definitely come back for a private event or at a time of day where you could hear those you intended to enjoy a meal.
It was nearly impossible to hold a conversation
Meat, meat, and more meat. Lived up to the name. We had an enjoyable experience from starter to main course to sides to dessert. Would definitely return to continue to explore the menu.
Great food! Steak melted in my mouth! One thing, the sausage sampler was priced a little high for what was provided.
Food and service and ambiance were all outstanding! Lindsay was an incredible server . Can not wait to visit again.
Awesome and the staff is amazing ,and the setting is simply Beautiful..we were there from new orleans and being we have amazing food ...i must say the taste was amazing...omg and the long ribs left me speechless!!!
Bourbon flights is a dream come true for me. Along with authentic selections of delicious prepared meat. Spendy restaurant, so if you’re willing to spend ~$50 plate, go!
Excellent food. The smoked meats are wonderful. I would definitely recommend and return.
Food was delicious, and our server (Megan K) was very, very good
We had the sausage sampler and the long rib. Both were terrific—well prepared and full of flavor. The menu has a little bit of everything, and everything seemed really good. We also enjoyed the brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. Bring your appetite, the meals are rich, but worth every bite.
Our group of 4 was looking forward to having dinner at this restaurant & was very disappointed. It was so noisy we could not have a decent conversation. Everyone was shouting. We all ordered the fish special which was over cooked. Not worth the $45 dollars for sure. Service was spotty. Restaurant is over-rated.
I read many amazing reviews about this restaurant, so I had very high hopes. Our appetizer was the battered fries, and those were amazing, but our entrees were a let down. My husband had the bone in New York Strip and was not satisfied, and I ordered the salmon salad, which was also not very good. The shrimp mac and cheese was delicious and I would recommend that. The servers were very nice, but it was also a very loud environment, I had to talk very loudly so my husband could hear me.
We enjoyed an amazing wedding anniversary dinner and look forward to coming back for future anniversaries!
One of the best meals I’ve had! Service was amazing! Thank you so much for the great hospitality...can’t wait to return!
Tasty food but priced above market value. Was nice to see fresh pork rinds in Mn!
The pork chop is awesome!! I love the sauce so much.
Excellent food and service. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and recommended items when asked. He did not steer us wrong. Everything was fantastic!
Took my 22 yr old son and friends their for his birthday. Drinks were fabulous as was the food. Waiter could not have been better. Pricy but worth it for a splurge. A little noisy.
I will dream of the wagyu ribeye until I have the chance to go back. My friends loved the sausages. Everything we ordered was delicious. The staff was so welcoming and knowledgeable. It was a fabulous experience.
Incredible staff that helped me prepare the best anniversary experience I have ever had! Combine this with incredible food, and you have a fantastic experience that is worth coming back to again!
