Butcher & Bull

Interesting menu, heavy on beef. The burgers and fries were very good and cooked to perfection for three different people and levels of coolness. The appetizer bison was flavorful and beautiful presented. Service was ok but not over the top. Overall I felt like it was a little pricey for what it is... A hotel restaurant and in a town that isn't huge.
From valet and hostess we felt welcomed. Our server and the sommelier were outstanding. We will definitely return as it was one of our best meals of the year from start to finish.
Love This Place, just missed one of the things I was looking forward to, The Camel City Cocktail wasn’t available, 😢
Over all it was terrific! Food was so good! Onion petals were a great surprise being light and flavorful and definitely a good start for 4. We all had a different steak from shoulder to filet to ribeye and they were all good. Sides did however come out slightly cold. Drink menu was massive along with the wine list so just hard to choose. Deserts were great as well. Definitely a little pricey but it is in a hotel but something different for the area.
The service was extremely slow even though there were only 2 tables seated. It took 2.5 hours to have an appetizer and dessert. The staff and the atmosphere was awkward.

Wonderful restaurant inside the Marriott. Very smartly laid out so that you aren’t crowded and can have space to talk. Service was of a high standard and very prompt, courteous and helpful. The menus had some great options so we will be back again soon.
The food was excellent and the sides were outstanding.
Overall a great place for business, date or just a nice treat.
Don't waste your time or money. Steak overcooked. Mac and cheese tasteless. Understaffed. Manager never came back to check on our large party. Sad.
Food was amazing, service was a little slow. Would come back again in hopes service would be better
Menu was limited to 3 options
First time visiting, and it was a special Mother's Day brunch menu, but everything about this place was wonderful. The food was heavenly, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I highly recommend Butcher and Bull. When you go, get the cheesecake for dessert. It's made in house and is some of the best around!
Our reservation was for 2pm, we checked-in at 1:15. Was told to wait a minute while a party before was seated. We calmly waited as patrons walked in and continued to be seated. At 1:50 I asked when we would be seated, Hostess said she was waiting for me to come back up to her and ask to be seated.
We waited 15 minutes for our server to greet us, we were missing a place setting which took another 10 minutes of server passing by us. Once our food arrived, server only checked on us when it was time to bring the check.
I'll start right off and say that we enjoyed the prior occupant of this space, Graze. Upon our arrival to B&B, we had high hopes as well. They expressed no concern when we showed up a bit after our reservation, having left church later than we expected. The redesign is nice, and the space is contemporary, sharp, and spacious. We also liked the touch of having a complimentary photo booth (with props) for our Mother's Day brunch. However, things were headed downward almost as soon as we looked at the menu. The prices were quite high ($39 for a prime rib, $21 for a chicken and waffles that had about a six-ounce portion of chicken?), though that could perhaps have been forgiven. There was the (expected) hotel-restaurant markup included, and there were ambitious touches like the variety of premium spirits on a diverse list of craft cocktails and food offerings like the pickled blueberries with the chicken & waffles and the complex fashion in which the chorizo omelette was to be dressed (tomatillo, poblano pepper, verde mole, AND queso fresco!) However, by the time the food arrived, it was...adequate? We weren't upset with anything we ordered, but we probably wouldn't return for anything we were served at the prices we were charged. The worst part was the service. I'm not sure if our server was very new, or perhaps had one foot out the door. She was apologizing for issues we probably wouldn't have noticed right from the start: "These glasses are way too hot, they were just washed..." "I'm sorry, but those drinks take a while to make..." "I hope I can get your check here eventually, but it's really backed up..." All of these things were explained by way of noting how slammed they were...except the restaurant wasn't even half full! How strange, to have our waiter stressing US out as diners about things we wouldn't otherwise have been concerned about.
We had a lovely Mother's Day brunch at B&B and ran into old friends we hadn't seen in years, so it was quite a nice experience. It was nice, too, that the restaurant offered complimentary valet parking since it was raining outside. The food was very good and we had a nice time.
Not quite as nice as I expected. Way overpriced for the ambiance. Regret taking my wife there on Monther's Day.

A little different menu. The food was excellent and our server was great. Would go back!
This is not a dining out restaurant but a hotel restaurant - it is actually open to the hotel lobby on one side. With a “hard” modern decor, the sound level was very high as the hard surfaces reflected and amplified the background noise.
The table staff were polite and attentive but clearly needed more training. Three examples: the waiter took my wife’s knife away with the other superfluous flatware even though she had ordered a wedge salad appetizer; I ordered a side of onion strings with my entree but the waiter forgot to add them to the ticket (or the kitchen missed them, which is unlikely) and I had to ask for them (they arrived when I was halfway through my entree); and, when the waiter cleared my wife’s plate, he took her almost empty wine glass without asking her if she wanted a refill.
The quality of the ingredients was obviously good but the execution of the dishes was inconsistent. I had a heritage pork chop - excellent flavor but it was a little dry and it had been burnt around the edges when it was being seared.
As a hotel restaurant, it was pretty good (I’ve eaten in a LOT 😉) but as a dining out location, it was disappointing and expensive ($16 for a 6oz pour of their cheapest Pinot Noir).

Weird space flows right into hotel lobby, no sense of being in a real place for dinner. Staff way way undertrained. No sign of a manager anywhere. Not recommended until they get their act together

Waygu burgers are simple but excellent. In the hotel, ambience is ok. Wait staff was very attentive. A little pricey.
Fantastically sourced , expertly prepared dishes . Excellent wines . Prices are consistent with higher ingredient costs . Excellent , attentive service . Decor is average . We will come back soon !
We were exited to get a nice steak from the new steakhouse in town. My wife’s Filet was supposed to be 4oz but was a tiny, cute little thing. My steak was supposed to be medium. It was overdone. We expressed our issues to the manager and everything was rectified promptly. The resulting steaks were fantastic! They even gave us a great salad in between, offered to buy us dessert and comped the wine. Nice work!
Looking forward to how this evolves.
Steaks cooked poorly (ribeyes overcooked to the point of toughness) and served on a practically empty plate aside from 3 tomatoes. Appetizers and drinks from bar were good, but main courses did not live up to expectations set by these. Did not test our luck with dessert.
Amazing food, great service. Place was very empty for a Saturday night at 6, have no idea why. A bit pricey, but not out of sight.
