Loved the braised short rib and the pumpkin cheesecake!
I love the whole look of this restaurant the food was great our service was outstanding we will definitely be back
We so enjoy the food and help
Family and I enjoyed the food and outdoor dining!
Yummy food, beautifully presented, good service, pleasant outdoor patio on 2nd floor overlooking plaza servicing several restaurants so removed from street.
Food was very good. Our waiter Steve was amazing. Looked like the restaurant was short on employees but Steve hustled all night, making sure all his tables were taken care of.
The host sat us in an empty area with no view; she also did not have a welcoming demeanor. Our waiter was great and very attentive. Food and drinks were excellent. Would go back.
Everything was fresh and delicious! Everyone had something different and shared. Lovely setting.
The food was surprisingly really great. I say surprisingly because the restaurant is not super high end but the food certainly is. And the bill came in under what we were expecting. Friendly staff is a plus!
The risotto was very tasty. However, I had a Caesar salad with shrimp salad on it and my friend had a Caesar salad with steak on it. His salad came with 4 small pieces of steak and mine had 4 shrimp. They were nice size shrimp;however, it was not enough for the salad. So, I finished the shrimp salad very quickly and then just had a big plate of lettuce. The Caesar salad didn’t even have any cheese in it. Very disappointing. For the price, there should have been a lot more protein on both salads.
Thankfully, we were seated right away, despite being a few minutes late for our reservation. I came in expecting to order the crab cake, but as informed they no longer have it due to rising costs I'd crab. That wad so disappointing. The watered offered at the beginning of the meal had debris in it, even after the glass being replaced. I think the sediment was actually in the water jug itself. We decided against drinking the water. We ordered burgers, the shrimp po' boy, wings, kids spaghetti and calamari. The food was okay. My husband enjoyed his burger, but said he wish he would have said hold the bacon jam. The shrimp on the po' boy was bland, lacking seasoning. The calamari was good. The spaghetti was bland as well. The chicken wings were not as crsipy as we prefer. Despite the food just being ok, we order dessert -- cheesecake and bread pudding. OMG, the dessert was amazing!! My husband and I were pretty much on the same page saying as nice as the restaurant is, we probably wouldn't return because of the limited menu, and the food being underwhelming. The dessert changed that, we'd definitely stop in for the dessert.
Nice ambiance and food was very good w/reasonable prices
Fantastic meal in a beautiful setting
It was my family’s first time dining here. My wife, my 3 yr old, and myself. The waiter asked us what we wanted to drink, we said water and only brings out two glasses. Not that big of a deal as I just asked for a water cup for my 3 year old. We put in our order. Appetizer and our main entree’s. We didn’t receive our app until about 40 mins later. (We ordered crap dip). We then waited another 20 mins or so to get our main dishes. I noticed that we didn’t have any silverware, so I got up and had to ask someone to provide us silverware. In short, it took a very long time to get our food. I would have talked to the manager, but my 3 year old was getting restless.
Service was terrible. Waited 45 minutes for a beer. Clearly understaffed no management in sight to help. Tables all around us remained dirty. At least 9. Tables Watched people get up and leave because no service. Not sure why we didn’t walk out. Food was decent once we got it Unfortunately I won’t go back.
The food was pretty good but the restaurant did not have sufficient staff to keep up with the reservations. Drinks (one cocktail, two beers, one glass of wine) took about 25 minutes to come out and arrived moments before the salads. Location is nice and the staff were trying but it's pretty clear no owners were working that night. Table next to us gave up and left. Will give it another shot but only after trying a few other places and definitely not on an empty stomach.
First time eating at this restaurant last night and I did like the menu. I ordered the wings, collards, and tried the French onion soup. I found the wings overly salted, don't get me wrong, I love flavor but, the we're nothing but salt and ginger. The greens did not have taste and lacked smokiness and depended too much on the tasso ham for flavor. The soup was muddled and filled with more croutons than onions. The only thing that I liked was the apple slaw, simple and flavorful. Our waitress appeared to forget about us as we watched her talked for a while to another table outside. We would have loved a refill but our waitress was busy networking. We did like the ambiance and the spacing of where customers were seated. The others servers were on a mission to please their customers. I am not sure that I would try this establishment again. The family is undecided at this time.
Seafood pasta was dry…we had to search the menu to find something that could be put over it and then request it from the server as they didn’t offer any suggestions. Also, asked for well-done on steak and no mushrooms…medium well and lots of mushrooms. Otherwise, it was enjoyable.
Made a reservation and was seated upon arrival. There were several empty tables so it did not seem very busy. It was several minutes before our waiter arrived to take our drink order and that should have been our signal to exit. The table next to us while he was there asked about their soup order so he then went to check on that for them. A few minutes later they received their soup but our drinks took a while. Then, it was the great wait for our appetizer, the crab dip, followed by the very long wait for our entrees. Meanwhile, the couple next to us, having finished their soup and waiting for their entrees, asked the waiter to cancel their order because it was taking so long. While to food was okay and the waiter somewhat apologetic, I would not return.
We totally enjoyed our dining experience. This was our first visit. The menu gave us options to choose from. The service was good and the food was excellent. Looking forward to our meal.
We had a great time. Very good food and nice service.
We have been a few times and it never disappoints. It was great food and service on a beautiful night. The patio Is spacious and comfortable.
The place is nice and we were seated quickly. It took over 30 minutes to receive our appetizer and that was after we asked what was taking so long. The server said he would check and proceeded to go to the server kiosk and put in our order. I asked for a manager who said that she would "take care of it" and said that they were short staff so that's why it was taking so long. Other tables were seated after us and had their appetizer and meal before we did. I asked the server what the hold up was since other tables were served already. His response what that some orders just take longer than others especially when he enters them for some reason. Whatever that means. In the end our bill was much higher than expected because my wife had asked to switch meats on one of their salads. There is a salad with tuna and a salad with steak on the menu within $1 price. She wanted the salad ingredients from the salad with tuna except to use steak as the meat. Our bill came out with a $31 salad!
Great food and outdoor dining. Loved the live band playing in the courtyard. Service was great for our party of seven!
First time there. Server could have been more attentive; but she seemed to have tables on the other side of the restaurant.
My sandwich came on a tray with paper lining; (I am not a fan). I would have asked for a plate if the server had been more visible.
The atmosphere is very pleasing; the food is good; reasonably priced. The Creme Brûlée is wonderful.
Not enough selection and no crabcakes that you were known for. Limited menu
Had a lovely meal. Food was delicious. Server was knowledgeable and attentive.
The wait staff were very friendly and accommodating. Even though it was sprinkling, they continued to serve us outside and wiped down the tables afterwards. We had a wonderful evening! Nice job.
Food was a bit off of the quality today. Just missing flavor. Not sure why. Will have to go back soon. The drinks continue to be fantastic!
Really good food and relaxed atmosphere
Always on my favorites list of restaurants. Food and service are fabulous !!
The upstairs outdoor patio was wonderful, the food was fantastic and our waiter Luke was very polite and friendly. Great dining experience
Had a great dinner at B&P yesterday evening. Reservations were easy to make online and we were seated promptly at 645 as per our reservation. Food was excellent and even 3 kids had no problems eating. Will definitely go back
Headed out to Bushel and a Peck Kitchen & Bar this evening. As usual, the food was amazing!!!!
Fried Chicken and Waffles (waffle was made from stuffing....I know...I can't even stand it🤤🤤🤤), Braised Short Ribs, BP Burger and Cinnamon Bun Bread Pudding for dessert! Our server Breana was awesome, attentive and awesome!!! To top it all off....they are dog-friendly (outside)😊😊😊😊
The food here is absolutely delicious! My family came down from PA, and they were able to accommodate 10 of us with no problem.
The food and ambiance at Bushel and Peck were great. The service was good as well.
Staff was very friendly but a little bit slow. Perhaps need a little bit of training— things like removing empty glasses when they bring you a new drink, make sure you have appetizer plates etc.
Great food and beautiful place. Even though they were short staffed everything came out hot and delicious and we felt taken care of. Wish we had room for dessert.
Sunday evening treat for retired mid sixties folk.
Pros: food & service great & we enjoy the interiors, furniture, decor, space & seating
AC & fan too high. I nearly froze & my husband returned to the car to get a linen jacket for himself
Music seemed increasingly louder & annoying & difficult to talk over as the dinner progressed. Wish you’d play some soft jazz geared towards our age group sometimes, instead of always the teen pop stuff probably enjoyed by your youthful staff. By the time we got to the end of our entrees we were anxious to leave rather than do dessert.
We used to enjoy going to Szechuan Kungfu12 because they played tasteful relaxing classic jazz at a comfortable decibel level such that conversation was always easy.
