   We booked here for a special meal to catch up with friends. The layout and decor of the restaurant is very nice, clean and stylish. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgable and happy to make good recommendations. The food all looked and tasted as appealing as it did on the menu. We were never rushed at any point and was a perfect visit. Will certainly be back

   ‪@busabaeathai we visited Liverpool on Saturday for wife's birthday Meal. I ordered bottle of wine and prawn crackers to start with as a snack while we had some wine and enjoyed each other's company. We then ordered our mains knowing it will take about 10 to 15 mins so again we could finish the prawn crackers and have some more wine. The food came out within a few minutes and we were confused as we weren't ready for our mains at all. We still wanted to have some more wine. It seemed like the order went straight to the kitchen and on top of their list. This was really frustrating as the staff initially kept saying the food will get cold and won't be able to re-heat as it will ruin the taste. After they took the food back unwillingly we then just requested for the food to save any hassle. The food came out and my wife's food was cold. Mine was a Salmon so it was still slightly hot not the same as it would come out of the kitchen. My wife sent hers back to get re-heated. Now at this stage 1 minute to re-heat is fine. However, we waited a further 10/15minutes for her dish to come back. I couldn't enjoy my food at all. Was waiting for my wife to get her food so during that time my food went cold. It was just a total mess. The staff tried to do their best we were served by Francesca and Alessandro, no fault of their own. They were just following instructions from the Kitchen. We just didn't expect this from Busaba we visit you very frequently and this really upset us. The manager didn't even come over to our table to apologise for the inconvenience. Poor experience and poor service.‬

   Lacking in atmosphere but good food and good service by staff. Not a bad priced restaurant

   Lovely food! We had the calamari and fishcakes to start followed by the Salmon and the Chicken and Mango Salad... all really tasty. Our waitress was really friendly too.

   We enjoyed our meal at Busaba and the beer we chose was excellent, the only fault was we ordered soft shell crab as part of our meal and we did not receive it but we were charged for it and only noticed when we arrived home and looked at the receipt, it was to late to do anything about it so we had to let it go, so if you go to busaba be sure you receive everything you order has part of your meal because whether you get it or not you will be charged.

   Authentic Thai food with fantastic service. Highly recommended.
