Such a wonderful experience! We had a group of 13, and they were so accommodating! Will definitely return!
Great food, great service. The freshly made pasta was incredible.
Delicious food, impeccable service, decent prices, delicious sorbet. Very impressed! It is a bit loud but it feels very homey!
Burrata is my favorite restaurant in Philly!! The food is always delicious, the service is outstanding, and the owners are friendly and caring. Love the intimacy of the restaurant and the fact that it's a BYOB. A restaurant that is always consistent!
It was the best meal we've had in a long time. I echo other reviewers in that they do a few things VERY well. The gnocchi was like biting into clouds (yes- softer than pillows). BYOB was also great.
Great food. Small menu so not overwhelming choices.
Excellent food and service every time we go!
The service was wonderful..A great place to go for an everyday meal!
Food was delicious and ambiance was nice. Great service! Very attentive
Burrata is our favorite BYO in South Philly. Great food and service every time!
Always a wonderful dinner.
Service was terrific and wait staff was very nice. Food was sub par. While bread is not the most important item, it generally makes the first impression. We were served bite-sized chunks of stale, but warmed Italian bread. Perhaps this was meant as bird food. We then had Caesar Salad with Shredded Lettuce (not Romaine) drenched in mediocre Caesar dressing. The Mussels were okay. Main Course was Chicken Milanese. While the portion was large, it was dry and over cooked white meat chicken. I will give them the benefit of doubt as it may have been an off night. I see other good reviews. Perhaps I will give a 2nd try to be fair and I will post that review as well.
I have dined here many times. Today I was disappointed with the way I was welcomed by the waitress. I mistakenly made reservation for 2 instead of 3. The restaurant was empty and the response from the waitress was I’m sorry you made reservation for 2 not 3 you have to sit outside. In the meantime we stepped outside and one of the owners greeted us and sat us inside in a 2 seater knowing it was 3 of us. We dined and still the restaurant was empty. A white couple came in without any reservation and the waitress went out of her way to sit them at a table without questioning them. Train your staff to treat anyone that comes thru your door with respect, understanding and compassion.
A delicious, easy going while attentive, lovely Italian spot. Just terrific! Food ranges from very good to great. Atmosphere sweet and simple South Philly.
The best restaurant meal I’ve had in a long time! This restaurant is a “hidden treasure.”
Highly recommend this (newer) BYO! The potato gnocchi with mushrooms was delicious. I also had the scallops for dinner, which I would get again. We shared the creme brûlée for dessert. I will be back.
Love the food, service, and vibe of this place! Always good
Only thing disappointing was the bread. It seems like it was day old and placed in the oven to crisp up.
Appetizer and entree were excellent.
Great food great service great vibes! They accommodated our large group at the last minute too!
Overall the place is very nice. The staff was friendly. The food for the most part was excellent. I had the Wild Boar Pappardelle which was delicious. One dining partner had the enocchi which he raved about and the pasta in bolognaise sauce was outstanding. The only disappointment was the basil pasta with burata. It was bland and tasteless. We will definitely visit again soon.
The gnocchi is the best ever!
Fresh food! Will be definitely going back soon and recommend to friends.
Excellent food, large portions and pretty presentation. I had the roasted beet salad with pistachios and goat cheese and grilled scallops over risotto, my husband had the signature burrata wit prosciutto and roasted red peppers and cacchere pasta bolognese. I would suggest turning down the lights a little, as its a bit bright. The owner is always inviting and the service is efficient. It is one of our neighborhood to-go byob spots, and I would definitely recommend it.
Quality food. Good service. Reasonable prices. Will return
Great restaurant! Food was great and perfect size. The pricing was also reasonable and it doesn’t hurt that it is a BYOB. We will definitely be back!
Burrata! This is so much more! The food: Beet Salad and a wonderful seafood combination for appetizers to start off this feast. Service was efficient, cordial and flexible to the diner's requests! The gnocchi were like little gourmet clouds and the pacchieri paired with a tasty ragu were the best. The homemade bread was readily replenished between courses. The owners and wait-staff were clearly in-sync as the message was clear: please the customer! We will be back for the home desserts!
10/10 can’t wait to go back.
Very enjoyble evening at a very cute place. Definitely recommend Burrata as a place to go outside of Center City
Delicious food, friendly staff, excellent service. Very nice restaurant!!
Food and service were fantastic. Great byob spot. We will return.
First time there and will definitely return.
The meal was great. The waitstaff was perfect. Looking forward to returning.
Excellent BYOB on a great corner in South Philly. Two specials: the duck and a pasta dish with seafood were both great! Great ambience, as you can look out the many windows onto the park. Also outside seating.
Food was great.
Love this place.
Has become my favorite place.
Excellent restaurant. I have never been disappointed with the food, the service, or the atmosphere. It seems to get better with every visit. Everyone was patient, nice, and professional. Burrata is my favorite restaurant!!
LOVED the food & attentive service.
One of the best restaurants in south Philly. Absolutely delicious food for a fair price. The service is always outstanding and keeps me coming back when there are a million other places to try
Amazing food, I love this place, cozy and everyone is so attentive with costumers.
Food was delicious! Service was great! Nice atmosphere
Excellwnt food and preparation. The muscles were plumper and tastier than many places that soecialize in seafood, and the braised artichokes were scrumptious!
