   We appreciate having this gem of a restaurant right around the corner from us. We love bringing friends there,because we know the food is consistently great! Tonight did not disappoint! The homemade tagliatelle with bolognese was perfect! Our friends had the gnocchi and salmon. Every plate was happily devoured. The staff are all knowledgeable, accommodating and truly provide service with a smile. We look forward to our next meal at Burrata.

   Wonderful first visit to Burrata for a birthday dinner! We were so impressed with the menu options, delicious food and exceptional service. Such a friendly vibe matched with top tier cooking. We had the squid ink and seafood pasta (divine!), truffle gnocchi (insane!), scallops over risotto (!!) as well as the artichoke appetizer and caesar salad. For desert we had a fantastic tiramisu and a dense chocolate cake, finally espresso and cappuccino. Our waiter was very low key and super friendly. Highly recommend.

   Only regret is that it is BYOB and I am the only one who drinks in my party! Food was delicious with the perfect portion size. One slight improvement would be if they could reduce slightly on the salt. Would definitely recommend.

   Very cute restaurant in south Philly! Amazing fresh homemade pasta dishes, especially the gnocchi! Our waitress made it such a nice experience with her kindness and humor. We will definitely be back!

    Date night with my wife of 30 years. Dinner was awesome this is serious home cooked Italian. It a small place so yes it gets noisy but not out of control, it’s a local place and it was a Friday night so lots of friends getting together to catch up.

    Been there on several occasions, ordered mussels several times this time they were not so great, not enough broth or flavor, the rest of the meal was wonderful… However when you start a meal that’s not so great it’s just disappointing.

    Burrata was a very nice time. I enjoyed the seafood appetizer and the Burrata salad very much. The Bronzino was tasty, but lacking. The squid ink pasta was cooked perfectly and packed with lump crab meat. The bathroom was invested with flies the waitstaff who I believe to be owners were nice and very attentive. The rest of the staff were as well

    Greeted immediately in a friendly way. Staff was there as soon as we sat down. Great description of special food. Food was hot, delicious, and didn’t take too long. Right breaks between appetizers, main, and desserts. High quality food prepared with care. You have to have reservations but that is acceptable for this establishment’s limited size. A kind and attentive staff to top it off! We will be back.

    Ok so here it is, first off the place is small and charming and very clean, and good service. Now to the food. The bread brought to the table was not good, thinly cut no crunch, no texture almost like a packaged bread served with a very small dip cup of bland olive oil, no butter. Appetizer #1 meatball with ricotta, good flavor, very moist nice sauce it's a shame no good bread to mop up the sauce. Appetizer #2 seafood stufato, great taste, cooked perfect great sauce, again no good bread for sauce. Appetizer #3 octopus with farro, octopus was cooked perfect and taste good but only 1 small tentacle, the farro was bland and grape tomatoes cut in half had zero seasoning on them not worth it. Truffle mushroom gnocchi was excellent, gnocchi melts in your however very small portion. Squid ink fettuccine with shrimp and crab was fantastic one of the best tasting pasta dishes I ever had, three perfectly cooked nice size shrimp and a smattering of crab, however the pasta portion was very small like six or seven fork full. The limoncello cake was great. So they have great tasting food but when we left we had to go get something to eat because we were all hungry. When I leave a restaurant I expect to be full. My advice to the owner/chef would be if your serving pasta dishes for between 20 and 30 dollars, put some pasta on the plate.

    What a neighborhood gem this BYO is! Exceptional food and attentive (but not intrusive) service make Burrata a wonderful place for a memorable dinner. I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat, and I'm already looking forward to going back.

    Food is excellent. Portions are more than sufficient and the prices are reasonable. Our server was excellent and the room is light and airy with an open kitchen. The menu is diverse enough to keep it fresh time after time.

    The space is elegant with views of the park through large windows and a calm decor. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and our orders appeared quickly. My friend and I agreed that each dish was delicious. He especially enjoyed the branzino, and I savored my truffle gnocchi. The limoncello cake topped off a lovely experience.
