Kayla was our wonderful server. We came to Burntwood to celebrate a special birthday. The food was great, although none of us was thrilled with the tater tot appetizer. Not really the kind of tot we expected. Next time we’ll order something different. The salmon salad was awesome! The rest of the group had the chicken sandwiches.

Burntwood Tavern has become one of our favorite places to eat. The food is great and the prices reasonable. The staff is always friendly but we have come to like a special server Alyssa! So sweet and accommodating! Try it, you’ll like it!

A nice restaurant. Our server was very nice and pretty knowledgeable. The menu seemed very limited, not a lot to choose from. My husband ordered the soft shell crab sandwich. He said it was very good. I ordered the crab chowder. The bowl was very hot, but the chowder was cold. I sent it back and it came out hot. They obviously used a microwave. The chowder had very little crab and a lot of corn. It tasted good, but needs to be tweaked. I ordered the crab cake appetizer. It was pretty good. It had a creamy lemon sauce which was unusual, as it would normally be served with a remoulade sauce. Different but just ok.

I had the French dip dinner. I have had this several times before and it has always been excellent. This time, however, there was a problem with the au jus. It was very strong-tasting and way too salty. My wife and I both tasted it and agreed. Hope ethis problem is corrected next time.

The service was mediocre, they weren’t busy at all but all of us sat with empty drinks for a while before our server came to get us another.. the food, however, was absolutely delicious. One has Rasta past, one Cali chicken, one hot chicken one chicken Milanese and two French dips… all were fantastic.

Lovely! I will be back. My Mom and Sister and I all met from different cities in Florida to BW in Ormond Beach for Mother's Day. The staff was so gratuitous, the food was perfect, and couldn’t ask for better service! I have been to the location outside of Orlando for Easter, and that location was amazing as well. Thank you for another great experience!

Mother’s Day Brunch was less than adequate. The food wasn’t hot especially the Carving Station. The taste of the food was mediocre, not much flavor. The desserts were disappointing. The Servers were friendly but over worked, which lead to no refills.

The prime rib was paper thin and cold. The omelet was raw and the selection was really bad. I would not spend that kind of money on such a terrible meal again. If you are elderly or disables you certainly would not go there for them to put you on a HIGH TOP table after being told you could have a table or booth when we called to confirm our reservations.

We’re do I start . The outside seating needs all to be redone . Table had crayon markings all over it . I guess I was at the kids table . The omelette station server was letting the cooking be under done and runny raw eggs . Would have rather had a waffle station . Pre made waffles we’re just ok . Everything else seemed ok . But for 156 dollars and mimosas added on . Total bill was over 200. Not worth it . Had eaten here before and it was good . Not going back

Really enjoy our Burntwood Tavern Wednesdays. We have enjoyed most foods and the great servers. Last night was Caleb. He made great suggestions and was prompt to greet, serve and check in on us. Really miss the pretzels though!

Service is exceptionally slow. They need more servers and more bartenders. It takes forever to get a drink whether you are at the bar or at a table. Just paying the check is a chore.

We enjoy Burntwood Tavern weekly. We are however disappointed that the new menu has removed the wonderful pretzel appetizer. A high point for us! Our server Lorie was great and attentive. We enjoy the food and haven't had a poor meal once. Bring back the pretzels please???

This restaurant is a “go to” when looking for excellent food. Service is always quite good and I have never felt rushed. The ambiance is relaxed and quite comfortable. You will not be disappointed.

The facility is obviously going through some management and staffing changes and no one seemed to know their zone, they were out of a lot of items, including the soda machine being down. When the waitress remembered to bring your drink it was watered down and flat, I had to ask for water 3 separate times until I received one. We waited over 45 minutes for our dinner and it came out cold and bland. Definitely way overpriced for the meals and experience we received.

Did not like that we sat at a high top table that wiggled. Our reservation was at 2:00 and originally they wanted to sit us by the door which was jammed with people. Probably our fault we should have waited for another table on the floor. Prime Rib was fatty but good, waffles were hard, pasta had no taste, potatoes were okay. Our reservation was probably too late because they seemed to be running out of fresh food.

Easter Brunch was okay. The overall selection was good. Omelette station very good. Eggs, bacon, sausage good. Potato's and waffles cold. Lunch items were okay. Carving station was fair, the ham was good, the Prime rib Was disappointing (undercooked/pink throughout and tough. We've been here a few times for holiday brunch and weekday dining. The service is always fair at best. The food is usually good to very good, especially the Prime Rib (buffet and entree), but not this time. I would visit again but not likely for brunch.

The restaurant was empty. Service was terrible. Food took a long time. Waitress was overwhelmed and appeared confused most of the night. We saw a family walk out after the same wait we had for drinks to arrive. Food was decent but not anything worth that experience! We are locals and We will never go back.

Service was excellent. My husbands steak salad that was ordered medium rare was well done. My filet that was ordered medium rare was medium. The calamari was great. Our friend ordered chicken marsala he couldn't even cut part of it, it was so overdone and tuff. I would say by some other customer complaints that night they had a kitchen cook issue. My husband has eaten there once before and said it was ok then. So I wanted to try someplace new for myself and our guests.
