Another good visit to BWT in N.Olmsted. Our server, Melanie was helpful and fun. All food was good but cauliflower bites were unavailable. Cocktails made well, nice beer offerings.

Drinks were good. Tater tots good. Flatbread RIDICULOUSLY bad. Caesar salad mediocre. No Impossible Burger anymore and out of cauliflower bites. At 2pm. This restaurant has really gone downhill won’t be going back.

We've been to Burntwood four or five times in the last two years, and except for the one time we were on the "patio" the restaurant noise level was LOUD...to darn loud to carry on a conversation. We won't be back until you tone it down.

Thank you to everyone at Burntwood Tavern - North Olmsted for a wonderful experience! You accommodated our group of 10 in the semi-private room and allowed us to provide some decorations and desserts for a birthday celebration. The food was delicious, and the menu was appealing to all--including those following restricted diets. Everyone enjoyed their food and the attention and friendliness of the servers. No one in our group had been to this restaurant before (including one person who is part of the Destination Cleveland team), and we all intend to return. We couldn't be happier with the menu, food, value, and staff!

Me and the wife for an early dinner . Has been a while since the last time we have eaten here. Really nothing has changed much. We arrived ahead of of reservation time , and was seated in a timely fashion, even though we was early , off to a good start , once seated with assistance of the bartender. Our waiter showed up about 10-15 minutes later (seemed for ever) as I was considering going elsewhere at this point. (Did I make a mistake coming back here ? ) let’s give it a chance On the other hand , the food was well prepared and was good . The service definitely needs improvement , very little acknowledgment from any of the employees at this Burntwood tavern. Not sure we will return definitely would not be a go to spot.

Three of us enjoyed our salads with chicken and/or salmon. The waiter graciuosly switched my chair to one more comfortable (without arms). The front-door host found my keys and brought them to me on the patio. Didn't know they fell out of my pocket. Service above and beyond. Thank you.

My guess and I believe that the food was good. The only issue was our starter appetizer. It came out late,and with the meal. The waitress did apologize and took the appetizer which tasted fabulous off our bill. We understand things happen even in the best service conditions. Our waitress was great and we definitely look forward to trying this restaurant again.

Wonderful food and service. Our server Laura was knowledgeable and caring. Our food was delicious, as were our drinks. The manager surprised us with champagne after she learned that it was our first visit! Beautiful decor in a unique space-loved the slight breeze and fresh air from the open concept of the building. We will absolutely return!

This was our first time here as we are newer to the area. We loved it! We’ve been looking for a nice spot to grab dinner that’s not a chain restaurant and this place fit that need. Their crispy chicken sandwich was amazing with the hot honey on it and their calamari appetizer was a steal for the $8 special! We will be back.

Went to the The North Olmsted Burntwood Tavern for lunch with a friend. It is a very comfortable, attractive place, but it's all hard surfaces and even when only about 40% full, it was noisy and hard to carry on a conversation. I can't imagine what it would be like at Happy Hour with the bar full. The hostess and our waitress were very pleasant and attentive, but the kitchen was slow considering the number of people that were there and what we ordered. Fortunately, we weren't in a hurry so it wasn't a problem for us. The food was just meh. The Harvest Chicken salad could use a little more dressing and the grilled chicken was overcooked. The Blackened Mahi Mahi tacos were just okay. The fish was cooked very well but the seasoning was kind of blah. Everything needed more seasoning. This is not an inexpensive restaurant. Two entre salads, fish tacos and one glass of wine was $72.00.

Food tasted great. Was really surprised to pull up at 6:30 on a Tuesday to find the parking lot full. But we came to find out that live music was playing until 7:00. Restaurant was a little noisy until the band stopped. Service was excellent. We really enjoyed our meal.

My experience at this location was wonderful. The servers were attentive the food was wonderful. The drinks were delicious and better than any Burntwood I have been to in the past. I will absolutely return to this location in North Olmsted.

I wanted to take out my fiancé for Fathers Day and chose Burntwood. They were awesome on accommodating us due to his cast. Food was Excellent!!! I ordered French Dip and he ordered the Sirloin. The only issue was Service was a little slow but our server was Sweet and tried to get to all her tables.

Ordered appetizer which came out with the meal. Why? Not sure. Potatoes were burnt. We each had maybe 2 that were edible. Had to ask for utensils. I would think that would be on the table. Was disappointed.

I love this Burntwood location! I am an "East Sider" but meet friends occasionally at this location. The ambience is nice and the food and service is excellent! Much prefer this Burntwood location to the other ones I have tried.

Burntwood has returned to its former quality before the shutdowns. Very good food and service. Had the blackened chicken salad and it was delicious. Our server was excellent although food from the kitchen was a bit slow and they forgot a soup. But overall a very good value and we will return. It was always a favorite for us.

We were seared in the both with a canopy. It was perfect. Our server was courteous and attentive. I had chicken Milanese with fresh sauteed spinach and small potatoes. It was delicious. My friend had the Mani tuna sandwich and fries be high she said was very good. I love the atmosphere.

I was excited to have eat at Burntwood’s Mother’s Day brunch buffet. The staff was very attentive, the atmosphere was great. The only problem I found was that some of the “hot” foods that were being served, were barely warm, some were even cold:( For the amount of money we spent, I was very disappointed. I’ve eaten there before and the food was great, so perhaps that’s a downside to eating at a buffet. Some of the chaffing dishes had no heat to keep them warm, so I feel like that should have been something watched a bit closer. It would have made a huge difference.

It is my guess this was your first Mother’s Day event. I would ask you to consider a few items rthat I think would improve the future experience. You need to make sure utensils used to serve fish items are not mixed with other non fish utensils. Fish related illness are serious. Second, you need to be better organized in the reception area and the person who escorts the customers to the tables need to explain how your service plan works. Also your recycle plan for plates and silverware needs to be reviewed late of these items slow the whole process. Finally r this you need to increase your staff for this event. Many of your staff was just plain over worked.
