   My first time here. I ordered the steak salad and loved it!! My mate wanted salmon but was turned off by the mint couscous paired with it, but he could’ve changed his sides, but ended up ordering a burger and coleslaw. I thought it was delicious. I would go back again!

   Prompt seating at reservation time. AWSOME waitress. Very attentive. Excellent food. Prompt cash-out. Best all around service I’ve had in a while.

   No Air conditioning. It was very hot we had to leave after a drink and an appetizer. From what it sounds like from the waitress it was out for a few days. I was disappointed that the homemade chips were no longer on the menu. The tater tot app was very good. It will be a while before I go back hopefully the homemade chips are back on the menu when i do.

   While Brandon's service was excellent, I had the impression the restaurant in general was struggling. The A/C was not working. The menu seemed somewhat limited. The floor was sticky. We had two managers, one right after the other, ask how things were going for us - we answered the first (Jeff) and said everything was fine to the second as she was only a few minutes behind the first. With all the other choices, I probably would not recommend Burntwood Tavern to a friend, but I may try them again in the future.

   Overall everything was great! The food and service was good! The only issue was they had no air conditioning so the restaurant was very warm. It was about 82 degrees outside so jt made dining a little uncomfortable

   The food variety for the Mother’s Day brunch was great! The drink specials were tasty. The waiter was busy but still attentive to our needs. Will definitely come back

    Our experience at Burntwood was not a good one. Our reservation was for 5 people at 6pm. When we arrived the hostesses seemed to not be properly trained, which is a management problem not the young ladies trying to do their best. After 20 minutes we were asked if we could sit 5 people at a 4 top. That’s not really an option at any point so after another 10 minutes they carried a table from one side of the restaurant to the other and made a table in the patio area. After waiting a total of 30 minutes we were finally seated, it was another 10 minutes to even have the waitress take our drink order, after I went and asked the hostess to send our waitress over. By this point the sun was coming directly into my face and they had no shades or blinds to block it. After another 10 minutes goes by we finally got our drinks and ordered our food. Food was very good when it arrived and came out all at once, unfortunately they did not bring the salads before the meal, again training. We believe that our table was given away to the group in front of us who did not have a reservation as we could hear their conversation with the hostess. I would potentially go back for a regular meal but will look elsewhere in the future for a special occasion.

    Steak salad was very good and reasonably priced. The old fashioned cocktail was exceptional. Service was very good.

    The food was very good, but service was awful. There was no most/hostess upon arrival and it took ten minutes for someone to greet us. After getting seated, my beer took ten minutes to arrive at the table. Lastly, the appetizer and our soups were brought at the same time as the entrees.

    I had blackened Salmon on the wedge salad & my salmon was the best I’ve had for a long time! Everything at the table was excellent. We were celebrating 2 birthdays & the complimentary champagne was a pleasant surprise! Will definitely be back & will recommend to all my friends! Thank you for a fun evening!

    It probably wasn't the best time to try the restaurant for the first time. To sum up the experience I don't expect to pay $39 for brunch and get a dry omelette or have my coffee cup sit empty

    Service was a little slow at first, but our waiter was very nice and helpful. My wife's chicken and potatoes were excellent. My prime rib was very good, but a bit on the dry side. The au jus was more like gravy than au jus, but it was good. Overall, pretty good.

    Started out fine. Birthday Meal. First time there. Son’s steak was over cooked and as we waited for a replacement, our food got cold. We felt bad about finishing our plates while he still didn’t have his food. I believe our waiter was also waiting on a large party and we kind of got forgotten. A hostess finally brought his food out. The Manager did remove his food from the bill though, which was appreciated.

    We always enjoy each visit to Burntwood at Belden Village. Service is great, servers are so friendly, and the food is simply delicious! As well are the drinks and deserts!
