Burntshirt Vineyards presents the Vintner's Table Restaurant and Wine Bar at our Hendersonville, NC location. The on-site restaurant offers fresh and exciting farm-to-table dishes emphasizing local ingredients to accompany our award-winning wines. We offer wine + dine pairings monthly, wine flights and slushies! We are family and pet friendly, and can accommodate parties of all sizes! We encourage larger groups to visit us for all your celebrations to come! We offer full table and bar service inside the Vintner's Table dining room with servers and a host who manages seating and reservations. When you reserve on OpenTable or phone, you have the option to choose the location of the reservation (dining room, outside patio or tasting room); service is based on seat location. The Tasting Room is first to serve non-reserve guests.

Always a good experience - Father’s Day busier than normal and service declined a bit, but overall a good day and experience.

Loved the atmosphere and outside patio. I think they were understaffed the day we went. We get it. Still took care of our server (well). But that’s why less stars. Food was good but I prefer my beet salad with goat cheese not blue cheese. A bit overpowering. Rose was very good!! We will return :)

Visiting from New England. This was a great place to get immersed in the local environment, drinking wine, having good food, enjoying great music, and visiting with family who live in the area.

Great stop for a meal or simple wine flight or tasting. Indoor and outdoor dining. Great patio options and beautiful scenery.

We had a terrible experience and will never go back. The service ruined the experience, and the food was just ok. The kitchen was out of several items on the menu, and we were not told until we were ordering - some of the items were part of our order. This meant that 1 person in our group did not put their entree order in with the rest of the group. The server did not come back to the table to follow up on his order, we had to waive her down to get her attention after 15 minutes. She said they had a pork dish - but it turns out they did not have it and she didn’t tell us until all the food was brought out. 3 mains and 1 small plates came out in about 40 minutes. The kids meals came 10 minutes later. No salads in sight. We still had not received our wine flights! Finally the salads and wine came. The kids both ordered chicken tenders. One regular, one GF. They both came out GF. I don’t think the kitchen wanted to be bothered with two different orders. My pasta was overcooked, but the sauce was flavorful. I had mentioned on our reservation that we were celebrating a bday. No “Happy Birthday” or even offer for dessert. We were not given any recommendations on the wine - at a winery! It was clear the server knew nothing about the wines. We rarely go out to dinner - and my birthday outing was not what I had hoped it would be.

Our first visit was very enjoyable (not on a holiday weekend) . This visit was on a holiday weekend (Memorial Day 2025) and disappointing. We had noon reservation and chose an inside table though most dinners were on the huge patio. Our 1st choice appetizer a roasted beet salad was not available so my husband opted for a spinach salad which was just ok and I ordered fried goat cheese fritters and after one small taste knew it was not to my liking and did not touch again. My husband clearly specified that the salad and fritters should be served 1st followed by the burger which we split. The burger came out first and was beyond well done and for me inedible. Note my husband did not specify how he wanted the burger (shame on him) nor did the server ask. The appetizers arrived some time after the burger. There was a lot of uneaten food and instead of asking if there was a problem our harried sever asked if we wanted take out boxes. Net: there were way too few servers to handle the very busy patio and the dining room and provide good service. This in our few is a management issue along with not having the time and/or the training to have servers check when food is clearly not being eaten.

Very pretty spot and very close to me. At brunch the food was pretty good, we got fish and chips, a salad, and a burger. Not sure why the olive appetizer was served hot.... Anyway the service was extremely slow, I think the owner needs to get with the program and hire more servers!

We arrived on time for our 6:30 reservation and waited to be seated because the staff couldn't find the host. Once seated we ordered an appetizer and two entrees. We waited half an hour for our appetizer and when it arrived it was cold. An hour later our food hadn't arrived despite other tables that arrived after us being served. We were given no explanation and when we canceled our order the staff offered no discount on our drinks or appetizer.
