Everything about this meal was exceptional! The Waite staff, appetizer, cocktail and every entree ordered was incredible.
Place was very loud and the service was lousy. At one point we could not get anyone's attention to simply bring some salt & pepper and I ended having to get up and get them from the service counter. Food was Ok.
The ambiance on the patio is perfect. We started with east-coast oysters and cocktails, the Lovely Rita is refreshing, smokey, and slightly spicy. The sea bass was superb. The plate was beautiful and the flavors were delicious. The steak frites was equally good. The wine list offers a great selection as well. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us just the right amount of attention. Burlingame is one of our favorite restaurants on the island.
Amazing food and service. Possibly one of the best ribeye steaks that I have ever had. Truffle fries were out of this world.

Seriously delicious and creative food, best we have had in Amelia Island, with a beautiful restaurant and outdoor space. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Loved the cocktails, the seabass, the sourdough bread, the surf and turf, lemon meringue pie, and the brussels sprouts. Would go back anytime we are in the area.
The meal we had at Burlingame was excellent. We love how much the owners were involved and everything was impeccable. I particularly liked the pork entree. Best we’ve ever had!

Celebrating new house purchase and wanted a nice meal out. So safe feeling. The Brussels sprouts are excellent, the mushroom risotto was divine!! The dish was fresh and bright with crispy parsnip chips and pickled cauliflower. My husband got the pork chop and it was juicy and tasty.

I tried Burlingame again and the service was still lacking. 40 minutes to get drinks, food was served cold, just not worth the price if the dining experience remains like it is.

Truly spectacular. We had an extraordinary drink Lovely Rita with octopus appetizer. Then veggie risotto with sea bass and shrimp and grits. No kidding: one of the finest meals we’ve ever had. We will be back

We had an outstanding meal. My wife had the salmon and I had the sea bass. Both dinners were delicious. The asparagus and artichoke hearts with the sea bass was particularly good. Service was excellent and we never felt rushed. We ate inside in the main dinning room which is small but not cramped as the tables were nicely separately. There is also a nice sized patio available. A bit expensive but we would definitely go back.

Celebrating a friends birthday. We both had the Brussels sprouts and sea bass. The sauce on the sea bass was the absolute best I have ever had! Compliments to the chef!

Our table of six was accommodated on the outdoor covered patio. It rained during the evening so it was noisy with the rainfall on the tinroof as well as the voices of the other diners. It didn't bother us and the manager even came to check on us to make sure the rain wasn't blowing onto us.
We had a lovely server and the food was good. I just think the prices are a little over the top for our little precious island.

Our family’s first dinner out post-pandemic and Burlingame was an excellent choice. The patio was lovely and while we were all vaccinated, it was comforting that the tables were spaced well apart. The service and food were excellent. My surf and turf in particular was delicious and plated beautifully. We will be back!

My husband and I decided we needed a little get away for the afternoon and try a new restaurant in this area. We are from Ponte Vedra beach but love to visit AMELIA Island at least once a year...
Well, we hadn’t tried Burlingame and are SO glad we did! It’s our very favorite place to go for fine dining, which did not disappoint. The safety precautions they all took made us very comfortable, the staff and our waitress was truly wonderful ... and the food—outstanding! We WILL return again before we head to our other home in Pa this May through October. It’s THAT good....no—Great!👌

We sat outside and the atmosphere, food and service were outstanding.
We tried this restaurant because it had a lot of favorable reviews but were not impressed. The server was just 'okay', very little ambience, menu selection was somewhat limited, the prices are on the higher end and entrees do not even come with a salad. The only salad offered is $12. I had the salmon and my husband had the shrimp and grits. Both were satisfactory but just not what we expected at this price point.
The only negative I found was that the menu was very limited

The evening's special -- a bone-in, 45-day dry aged strip steak -- was phenomenal. It paired very well with a bottle of King Estate Pinot Noir. My wife's strip steak also was delicious.
The evening's fresh East Coast oysters also were delectable.
Wonderful, warm friendly service from Nina made the night even more enjoyable.
