   I've been here many times and it has been good. Don't know what happened this time. Food was warm not hot, waitperson was absent most of the time, beer glasses not chilled, ordered dessert to go and it took 20 minutes before it was delivered (for a piece of pie) and the ice cream with it was half melted! We had to stop another employee to get the dessert, out waitperson never came back. Not the type of serve I expected.

   We eat at burgers &brews 2x a month This last visit was very disappointing The bun was dry along with our burgers The French fries were limp and barley warm

   This visit was very disappointed. My fish and chips was so salty. The fires were overcooked. The waiter was too busy to stop by the table . I had to wait for a while to get the check !

   Overall good meal - was disappointed that we could not have the burger menu for brunch but did enjoy the brunch burger. Confusion upon arrival -hostess did not make eye contact and several workers ignored us. server, however, was delightful.

   Excellent food, but the server was not very attentive. After receiving our food, we never saw her again until she brought the bill. No refills, no checking to see if everything was okay. It wasn't very busy and the server was very nice, so we chocked it up to inexperienced or poor training.

   We had a reservation and we had to wait a half an hour anyway. We actually had to motivate people that were just sitting while there was a line out the door You might want to teach your people to give folks a certain amount of time to eat make an apple but then they understand they have to leave. A couple sitting there had been sitting there 2 1/2 hours

   We ate at this restaurant 4 times at our recent stay @ the M Resort. The food was all excellent in flavor and quality. The service at each time was a 5+ very friendly, kind and engaging with each customer! Thank you for providing excellent service and quality of meals! Suzanne and Kevin S.

   Burgers were perfectly cooked and tasty (I had the spicy and wife had the wagyu fusion). Garlic Parmesan fries were great and more than enough for two. Restaurant was temporarily moved to 16th floor, but with a great view of the strip at night, who’s complaining?

    the slider appetizer is awesome - enough for a whole meal-- for a small eater -- very disappointed with the batter friend cauleflower - way too spicy for my taste -- plus too much batter -- even gooey inside -- But being up on the 16th floor was quite a treat!!

    Food is excellent. We go every week bit stopped for a while due to a reduction in service level. Decided to go back but service is still a bit to be desired.

    Disappointed that the web page did not mention that the menu was limited along with the restaurant was closed for relocation Had to take elevator to Luxe on the 16th floor. Food was just fair.. Made a reservation and should have been told that the restaurant was moved to a temporary location...if I had known, would have canceled my reservation.

    Service not so good, food not up to par, I got the feeling they did not care about us. We had Cobb salad, fish and chips spinach artichoke dip. Nothing hit a home run. Disappointing... View from 16th floor was nice

    The ambiance was amazing! 16th floor overlooking Las Vegas! The food was good but the description on the menu did not provide enough information to avoid my bell pepper food allergy. I ordered the Hawaiian burger which had some kind of pepper relish no even listed. The waiter only returned to bring us our check, which he didn’t take off my play club dining credit. I left hungry and upset and staff did not seem to care. The rest of the food was really good with some unique twists.

    Great happy hour, which is 2 for 1 appetizers. Most appetizers are around $10. I really like the crispy shrimp and the sliders appetizers, and the Caesar salad is a great sized portion for the price. Burgers are a solid choice too, and the fries are very good. The dining room view overlooks the pool, and the entire dining area including the bar is open to the windows, and most seats will have a view.

    The food was pretty good but the service could have been better. Our server wasn’t very attentive but maybe because it was busy. Overall I enjoyed my meal and may return in the future.

    I ate here 4 times in the last week. I had to have the Manager come over so that I could tell her what an INCREDIBLE staff she had. How good my meals were and that I really enjoyed this place. I went for happy hour and even late dinner. Every visit was great!

    Burgers and Brews has been moved to Luxe on the 16th floor and remodel looks underway of the existing restaurant at casino level. It would seem the kitchen might be a distance from the restaurant as food seemed less than hot. I sent a burger back which was under cooked and when I had another one brought to replace it, it was CHARRED! Normally this restaurant is good but but I think the move may have effected service and food temperature. Tables weren’t bussed either but that’s another small issue, as were lack of drink refills. All in all I hope that when Raiders Bar and Grill opens it will deliver a more consistent option for dinner.

    Currently located in the Lux, social distancing is enforced well. Good menu selection & service. I had pot stickers. They were cooked correctly and flavorful. My husband had bacon cheese fries and a mushroom hamburger. The fries were tasty, but nothing special. The hamburger, though, was another story. The flavor was fabulous!. Dripping with delicious sauteed mushrooms and onions, I can't say enough about how delicious this burger was. My husband stated it may be the best burger he has ever had! That speaks volumes! A must go to for lunch with a great view!

    The cheese bacon fries were great. The waygu meat was very good but the rest of the burger was very bland. Did not enhance the meat at all.
