Just a greasy burger. Gave it a try, won’t avoid it but won’t go there on purpose.
The service was horrible for no busier than the place was there was no reason for it. Took 25 min after ordering to get our salad and soup then our food came and idk how many times we were told we would get our dessert before we finally got it. Also not impressed with one of the servers thankfully wasn’t mine but his mask never stayed up all the time. First time there and hesitant to go back
Great burgers, good value, a nice surprise, would recommend
This restaurant did not belong in Restaurant Week. The service was incredibly slow, and it was exactly the sort of restaurant that you would expect in a Holiday Inn. Fine enough, but not somewhere I'd be going for any reason other than being an out of town guest staying in the hotel.
We felt that the burgers were much smaller than a normal restaurant burger. The dessert was under done and very small.
The Hamburger patties were not seasoned at all, needed to add salt and pepper at least.
I wouldn't recommend drinking here a bottle od Guiness was 7 bucks a bottle that's higher price than downtown KC and if your only using the hotel as a pit stop from the airport their is a package store 1 exit away and the gas station 1 block away sells 6 at 7.99.
The service was ok, the server didn't come back and check on us after the meal had been served and they put to much ice in their waters. Burgers were really good. Bonus every booth has a usp port and a plug in for convenience..
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who has high expectations for their experience. Many of our orders were wrong or got mixed up, they didn’t have very common drinks even though they claim to have a full bar, and overall as a table felt like we couldn’t have a conversation without interrupting someone else because it was so quiet. Service was subpar. Pictures of the restaurant are very misleading.
Service was slow, but that's because they had one server and one bartender working! Our server was working his butt off and it was evident they needed one more person to be helping serve tables. Food was just okay. We will not be returning.
I had a reservation for 700 but wasn’t seated until 745. Waiter was nice. Took a long time to get food. In all, I was there from 700 to 900 and the food was just average. Probably won’t be back.
Staff was overwhelmed so service was lacking. It was "seat yourself" with no tabes available. Why did I make a reservation?
They did not have my reservation. But was seated anyway. There was on 2 servers working the entire restaurant. They were slammed. They did the best they could but we waited for over 30 min to order our food. I felt very bad for the 2 gentleman covering the tables. The burgers were great but the fries were not hot. I over heard another guest say their reservation was lost as well.
This was our first time here and we enjoyed the food. Even with the very loud party going on we were treated exceptionally well. This won’t be the last time we dine here
Great pizza & salad plus $2 beers.
Food was great. Our waiter was horrible. There was only 4 other people besides me and my wife in the place and he couldn’t even be bothered with us. My wife ordered a margarita and he brought out a Long Island ice tea. He was rude and didn’t say more then 10 words the whole time
The restaurant was ok. It wasn’t what we were hoping. The burgers were good but not great. We thought it was a little pricey - $70 for 5 burgers with fries and a drink (non-alcoholic), before the tip. The atmosphere left something to be desired. We do not feel a need to return to this restaurant. Five Guys is MUCH better and cheaper.
The theory was sound, but once put to the test it failed. It took 15 min to get a server, another 30 for her to bring is our food which you could tell had been sitting and was cold with soggy greasy buns. The server couldn't answer my question about the fries. I asked if they were traditional frozen fries or anything special. I ordered cold slaw and everyone had fries which was the only decent thing although also cold.
I hate to be a broken record, but I’m going to echo everyone else’s thoughts on here. Burger was good. Not spectacular. Service was TERRIBLE. Fries were greasy and only tepid, not hot. Won’t be back.
They are fairly new and tweaking a few things, but the service was great and they care. The burger was good and I really love their onion rings (very crispy and tasty)!!! Good place to grab lunch and a beer. Tried to attach picture but Open Tables upload is not user friendly will post on google instead.
