How the mighty have fallen! If you’ve been going since they opened you’ll be disappointed. No more cloth napkins. The burgers are much smaller and funny they still have a bigggg bun. Service for 5 people was minimal. No dessert available....have 2-3 frozen pre-made desserts. It will make us happy and add a few dollars to the bill. And the worst...customers have to pay for the employees healthcare with an added fee. Look at your bill. Company should pay it. We own a company and paid so do lots of other companies! So, if you’ve never been to burger jones and stuck in traffic or live near by it’s “fine” but it used to be “exceptional.”

Arrived at 12:30pm, which we had a reservation for, and was seated promptly. Restaurant was about 1/2 full. Sat there for 20 plus minutes with no water, no service, no acknowledgement of us even being there. When someone did come, they were very relaxed and casual as if we had just sat down. Food took a long time to come - over 20 minutes. The server checked back with us to see if everything was ok, which it wasn't, 15 minutes into our meal. If they don't check back within 5 minutes, who cares? Other customers were having the same experience as we were. Very slow service. Food is fair, service is terrible.

What a disappointment. I enjoyed this place so much years ago when it was one of the upscale burger pioneers. It has gone tragically downhill. Dirty and dingy. Room temperature burger on a hard, stale bun with cold fries. Inattentive service. So many better options...NEVER GOING BACK.

On this cold night, the restaurant was warm. Our waitperson was very attentive and fun! Hamburgers were delicious. When I ordered orange juice, it was a not real oranges, but we will definitely return.

Service was extremely slow. Dinner at Burger Jones should not take 2 hours. We were waiting for our server for extended periods of time especially when we wanted our check and when she had to ask for help to generate our check. And it was not busy. This needs attention.

Great food, super service, fun location! We had family in town who wanted to meet up and this was the perfect location. The menu has something for everyone and was delicious. Best burgers around. They have so many toppings to choose from you almost lose your burger in the toppings. The fries sometime come cold, however, they are always willing to bring out fresh fries.

We've always been huge fans of BJ but our experience last Friday was subpar. The place was freezing and the service spotty. We were served burnt onion rings. And the food, while adequate, wasn't up to the usual. Always delicious French fries were hot, but tasteless. Not sure we'll rush back.

Our waitress missed someones order completely, and messed everyone else's orders up. We paid above $200 but the food and service was not worth it. Burger Jones is usually our favorite burger place, but we were really disappointed this time.

One of the best burgers in town and really like their tator tots. Enjoy outdoor seating. Service average at best; below their typical standard. Could have offered tap beer suggestions and provided some value. Definitely a summer/fall spot to enjoy outdoor experience. Close to Lake of the Isles or Lake Calhoun to walk after dinner.

We’ve been many times before and LOVED! Hopefully just an off night: inattentive server, multiple food items and dishes served incorrect (not as ordered) or forgotten altogether. Replacements came when others at table were already finished. We had looked forward to dining here all week and planned big milkshake desserts. But we decided to cut our losses and wrapped up as quickly as allowed and took off. I’d like to say we’ll try back again some day, but I’m not sure the rest of the group will be so gung-ho to make the half hour drive. We forgot to use our parasole dining card while paying, then determined it would probably be yet another hassle to fix - we just wanted to leave. That sounds harsher than I probably intend, but you get the vibe.

Our server was training in another server - so we had amazing, upbeat service! The food was solid. Portions massive. Pretty good variety and hey, it's obviously a burger place with fun combo's and lots of choices. This was our second time dining and I'm sure we'll be back.

Food was very good! I like that there is a 1/2 bun choice and a gluten free option. We got right in at our reservation time via open table. Highly recommend doing that on a busy Saturday night! Sam was very good and tolerant with my daughter with autism. Thank you!
