Booked online for 3pm but didn’t open until 5pm, poor service, cold food and overall not a good birthday brunch

Was very cold inside was made to pay a deposit for table which was slightly odd but not the end of the world felt like we was being rushed and after we had eaten our meal and was sitting having a few drinks we was asked to vacate our table to go sit at the bar which I felt was very rude when we was only sitting there because we wanted to ask for the bill.

Food was terrible! Salad smelt truly awful and tasted the same. Chips were overcooked. Burger bun was soaked in what seemed to be chilli juice of some kind. Overall a very disappointing experience

Place was very busy. Tables of very loud and intimidating people, who the staff were too busy with to pay our table any attention at all. Had to leave our table many times to find a staff member to take our order

I went with my friend and our daughters. We had a great afternoon. Fabulous service from Natalie who was very very attentive. Food great. A lovely afternoon

For someone whose looking for something slightly different to a ‘cream tea’ the sliders hit the spot. 3 different little burgers instead of sandwiches and an array of little cakes with scones, cream and jam. We had the limitless tea and coffee option with a glass of Prosecco as an optional extra. We were the first there and service was brilliant......thank you Burger and Bubbles.

The staff at the venue were friendly and outgoing. Food and the service was excellent. Would recommend to friends and will be coming back soon. All the best.
