Food was pretty tasty! Wouldnt recommend pizza- too bready

Always ask about the specials. Pasta is very good and the staff very helpful and attentive. Don't forget to leave room for the tiramisu

Overall, food and pricing is fair. It’s nothing that will “wow” you. They try to pull off as traditional Italian. I will say the service we got was not the best. Rude and a little condescending. My partner and I did think he had a little attitude- not friendly at all. Not much room for accommodation or anything extras. Obviously we would’ve paid for extras but not many options like that. Prices are fair considering portion size. Overall, I’d suggest another restaurant in the hundreds of others in Toronto. Or perhaps another location.

The food was incredible and our server was so friendly. We had cacio e pepe, pesto gnocchi and tiramisu and we would definitely return to have the same meals again!

Its a very cute patio! Portions are a little small and prices are slightly high but it is a good place if you are just looking for something to try out! I would still recommend for sure

Spectacular value. Went before a concert at The Horseshoe because we wanted something quick, but this would work for any occasion. Food was AMAZING.

I originally picked this restaurant because of an image circulating social media of their carbonara pasta. This dish paled in comparison to the other dishes we had. We had the verde salad, meatballs, grilled vegetables, carbonara pasta, cacio pepe pasta, eggplant lasagna and tiramisu for dessert. The Cacio & Pepe and eggplant (which isn't fried making this a big bonus) lasagna and tiramisu were outstanding. I would definitely go back and try whatever else I missed on the menu!

Buono was the perfect dinner spot. The carbonara and tiramisu were DELICIOUS, the staff were really friendly, and the restaurant is beautiful. I'd definitely go again.

It was great the servers were Italian and we’re very knowledgeable. They even spoke to my mother in italian which she loved.

I you love pasta then you’ll love this place. The pasta is freshly made every day and the sauces are awesome and tasty. Only small so make a reservation but wow it was awesome.

Oh, and try the tiramisu.....just try it!

It was fine. Need a few more wine selections or at least a couple special bottle ‘just in case’ someone wants to spend more money.

Food was great and incredibly delicious, although the portions are a little small for "Toronto" size. Would hope that their pasta dishes were a little bit bigger. Tiramisu was amazing, so dont forget to order that! Our server was very nice and made us enjoy our time there.

My carbonara arrived a bit cold, or perhaps it was because I had to wait for both of my friend’s dishes to come out. I also found it a bit too eggy for my liking but I enjoyed the texture of the homemade pasta. The service was great though, and I thought the portion of food for the price was fair. There weren’t too many guests inside the restaurant, so the space itself somehow makes it hard to hear the person next to you, unless the music was just too loud. I would go back to try another dish.

We went to BUONO for a work dinner with about 15 people. Even with a lot of us there, the servers were very efficient and the food came quickly. The menu isn’t very expansive, but every dish we had was delicious and felt very authentic. Overall a great dinner and will definitely be coming back!

Food was very small portions and very bland. The drinks were ridiculously expensive. $3 for a can of sprite? Really?? Wine was also very expensive. Will not return and do not recommend.

The food is authentic Italian (northern). The portions are European (small compared to American sized, which for me is a good thing). I am Italian and spoke to the waiter in Italian- he was very nice and helpful. His English isn't great but he's learning! He recommended the carbonara which was excellent! The tiramisu was very good as well. I would definitely return.

Amazing Meal!!!

Overall excellent experience. Food was delicious, authentic, and extremely good value. All servers were extremely attentive to us and our server even treated us to small tasters of dessert and digestif. The gnocchi with porcini mushrooms is unbelievable. Highly recommend!!
