I was really looking forward to our evening. This is a great idea, fun atmosphere, etc. The drinks are very expensive and service is sub-standard. I don't mind paying a bit more for drinks, due to the overall experience. However, when you have to search out to get a drink, while your trying to play games, it's very frustrating. We had 4 kids with us, and having to pay a premium for a few sodas, was very disappointing as well. Also, I can't say that any of the employees working there, made an impression, with the exception of the gentlemen at the hotel front desk. When we walked in to the Renaissance, he was very friendly, greeted us and sent us in the right direction. Other then that, the impression that was left with our group of 8, is that the employees were doing us a favor by serving us. To bad, when you walk into a place and drop over $200 for a few hours, it would be nice to be treated like your business was appreciated. Couldn't even make eye contact with servers. They simply look away and don't even acknowledge your presence. I had made our reservations through Open Table, and the next morning I received a notice that we didn't show up, which is a perfect example. We did make show up, but the employees treat you like your invisible, so it's appropriate they marked us as a no-show. Very disappointing.

1st time at this location overall had a great time. Beer was a overpriced food was a quick finger foods. Would probably go back again. At least just to play , nice to have something else to do.

We brought a group of customers and vendors here for an outing. It was great!! The service was fantastic (Taylor took care of us), and while they did have a few healthy options, they weren't conducive to sharing. I will say that the pizza we got was excellent! it wasn't too heavy, and at least there were vegetables! Bocce ball was so much fun, and they made it super easy to learn / remember the rules with it posted on the wall, as well as easy access placards at the tables. I would definitely recommend and come back if in the area again :) They were also VERY flexible with our reservation, which I appreciated very much. Thank you! P.S. they are connected to the Renaissance hotel, and if the weather had been nice, the outdoor area looked really cool!

We’ve been here a bunch of times als always love it. They’ve worked out their early service issues and do a good job now at least on the floor. Don’t bother calling to reserve because they don’t answer the phone. This time I made a reservation for two lanes on open table for two hours each. A couple hours before the reservation they left me a voicemail saying they’d overbooked and we’re reducing our time to an hour and a half. After our hour and a half was up we consolidated to one lane and played until the next reservation arrived, which was fine, but the lane we moved off of remained empty for an hour after we vacated it, which was frustrating. Had a great time, it’s a great place. We would have stayed longer if they hadn’t overbooked.

Bundox Bocce was awesome! We went there for a company event and ordered a ton of food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The game was perfect for team building. I don't know if we've ever laughed that hard together. We are already planning our next event and can't wait to go back. If you're in the Reno-Sparks area and are looking for a great time, go to Bundox Boccee!
