Just okay. Nothing to write home about! No need to go back again. I had the special, poke trout bowl. The trout was fantastic, the rest of the bowl was fine, not spectacular. My friend got the crispy trout, it was just okay.

The experience was great except the presentation of the crispy trout was really off-putting. Head was semi detached and upside down with jaw up. So ugly. But it tasted great! Loved the jalapeño sauce. Will return.

We had an absolutely delightful dining experience with our family, including an energetic 2-year-old. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, from accommodating food allergies to ensuring our little one had a speedy snack to keep her content while we checked out the menu. The outdoor patio is wonderful, a beautiful backdrop for our evening and made us eagerly anticipate our next visit!

The food was mediocre. The nachos came out cold with very little toppings and smothered in melted cheese that was warm at best. Our mimosa was made with warm champagne (Prosecco?) and our burger undercooked. The flatbread - was edible if you're starving. The Chile stew was ok. For the amount of money we paid and the location, I'm pretty disappointed. Our waitress was very kind and did an amazing job. The service was great.

We had reservations but we showed up 15 min early. The restaurant was not that busy and we told them we had no problem waiting until the time of our reservation. We did ask to be seated on the patio. They told us the patio was closing because of rain. We sat at the bar until our time. The bar tender acted like she did not even want to be there and that we were a hassle. Getting her to answer questions or even be a little friendly was not easy. They let us know our table was ready and it was in the back of the restaurant so we just decided to try to make things easy and stay at the bar to order dinner. The food was not that great but we didn’t complain. For a place that has invested so much money in a pizza oven, the pizza options and the product itself not that great. As we were sitting there we noticed that they were sitting people on the patio. I would not recommend or ever return.

The hostess is not accommodating after asking to be sat at a table at the front of the restaurant since we had a reservation and couldn’t sit outside because of weather she told us no because a large party was coming and she was pushing that table and another together and then after 5 minutes sitting at the bar waiting for a table at the front she pulled that table apart and sat a different small group there - this isn’t this first time we have had problems with the same hostess

Diego was our server, he was personable and attentive!! My husband ordered the trout with the jalapeño chimmichuri and it was so hot he could not eat it. It would be helpful to have a notation next to those menu items that are especially hot/spicy. Diego was great and asked what else he could bring to my husband. Other than that, it was a very nice dining experience!

The food was delicious as always, we've dined at the Bully Ranch many times. The Bully Fried Chicken sandwich is my favorite! Where this place fell short this time was on their customer service. I originally made a reservation for 7 people and needed to add more people. There wasn't availability on OpenTable at the time so I called the Bully to see if there were options. I left 5 voicemails over the course of 2.5 weeks and never once received a call back from the Bully. I also left 2 voicemails with the Sonnenalp hotel and never got a return call. All I got was a message in open table saying my reservation had been changed, the night before the reservation. We were dining at the Bully for a special occasion so it was a bit disappointing to never receive a call back about our reservation.

Took a bit long to greet us. Ended up seated in a less than desirable spot and hey wouldn't reseat us. Long time to deliver our apps. And then they served dinner before we finished our apps! Chicken wings were less than average - not crispy. Ribs were excellent. Oven Pressed chicken was terrific. Margarita flatbread crust was a bit soggy.

We love Bully Ranch patio and come every summer - also enjoy it when we stay on property at Sonnenalp to ski. The service and food were great, as always. Especially our waiter. However, I had booked an early reservation on the patio and the highly assertive hostess insisted we dine inside on the (unlikely) potential of rain. Then, proceeded to seat a full patio on a beautiful day. Good night but would have been excellent on the gorgeous, sunny patio.
