   Always great food and great service. Garlic steak, anything bacon wrapped, filet mignon and pork ribs are my favorite. Like anytime, anywhere, you can have a tough steak but 95% of the time, the steaks here are great!

   We had a delightful time celebrating two birthdays. We were a party of 6 ranging in age from 17 to 55. We all found food and drinks that we loved, got to sample many delicious dishes, and the service was outstanding. Servers were friendly and present but left us space to enjoy our evening as friends and family. We loved the ambiance too. It is pretty and feels special enough that you might want to dress up, but if you are dressed more casually you won't feel out of place because it is not stuffy or formal.

   This was a family dinner on Easter Sunday. Everyone enjoyed the unique experience. It was a good introduction to the Brazilian-style steakhouse. The meat was of high quality. We chose the "top-shelf" option to get the lamb and rib-eye steak. It was worth it. The staff was very pleasant and gave us excellent service. Valet service would have been nice since it was listed on the website.

   The hostess and 2 other female staff were in the entrance and did not seem happy to be there. Didn’t feel very welcome at first. All the other staff we interacted with were very pleasant and the staff member that explained everything did a fantastic job. Drinks took a little while to get to the table. Which is understandable with 1 bartender in a busy restaurant. The food was delicious, the drinks were strong, and it was an overall great experience for our anniversary.

   The wait staff was friendly and attentive. We paid for the premium meats, but they only came around with those at the end and only 2 of the 4 were presented. They do ask at the end if there’s any meat you’d still like, but that should be asked at the beginning. The ribeye and the lamb chops (both premium meats) were not good. The ribeye tasted old and did not have the texture of ribeye. My husband agreed. The lamb chops also had an off flavor. The salad bar was good and fresh. The bottom sirloin and sausages were the most flavorful meats. Skip the upgrade.

    We usually have a great experience here but were quite surprised at the quality of the food and service on a Saturday evening. The meat did not taste as good as usual and the servers kept skipping our table. We had to call our server and let him know that we were hardly getting served. They eventually started coming to us but the meat did not meet our expectations this time. This was the first time we had this happen in over 10+ visits at Bullvinos St Paul.
