Great service and carefully prepared meals that really highlight quality ingredients.
We went for a birthday and had a nice table. Food and service were good. They have a jazz brunch and music is fairly loud as restaurant is small. Thought kids meals were pricey but overall standard for Sudbury.
Uninspired Bloody Mary from a mix. Complimentary pastries were stale, cold and not a lot of them. ok omelettes, but not a lot of omelette choices. Ok Texas Toast. Weak coffee, but attentive, unobtrusive service and nice live jazz.
Our favorite metro-West restaurant and we don’t go frequently enough. Great food and reliable experience.
Always had a good time at Bullfinchs. It is the best restaurant in town. The only thing to be careful about is the slippery floor
Sunday brunch to hear great musicians Paul Broadnax & Peter Kontrimas
We've been to Bullfinch's many times over the year. I like that they're individually owned and have a cozy space. On this occasion, the food was disappointing. There were 4 of us. 2 of us got the filet, which they also had a filet on special so I was surprised to get a tough and non-flavorful piece of meat for $34. I had asked to substitute the "crashed potatoes" that come with everything and that did not happen. I don't get the 'crashed potatoes" because its not the cheesecake factory in the 90's. The others said their meals were bland. We usually enjoy their salads which have nice variety of beets or apples and again just ok. It was a friend's bday and a $300 bill that was not worth it. With all the new restaurants coming to Sudbury, I don't want to see Bullfinch's go so I write this saying quality and consistency needs to be a focus for the prices charged
We went for New Year Day brunch, which we do every year. Food was great, service was great, ambiance is always great. Love our annual tradition!
One of favorite - if not the best - restaurant in Metro West Boston.
GREAT staff - make you feel like family - amazing food - never disappoints.
Good selection of cocktails - great flavors, interesting blends.
Wonderful Sunday brunch with live jazz....
Unfortunately on New Year's Eve the food was not a hit. We've loved Bullfinches before, but on New Year's Eve the food was really mediocre, but with nice service it was still a festive atmosphere. Hopefully the lackluster Beef Wellington and osso bucco will be replaced with better offerings going forward.
