In 2018, Florida-based Centurion Restaurant Group announced that its popular tapas restaurant, Bulla Gastrobar, has opened its first Texas location. The rapidly expanding concept is located at 6007 Legacy Dr., Suite 180 in Plano’s thriving Legacy West district.

Authentic Spanish tapas featuring culturally rich ingredients and imaginative cocktails are served in a lively, social setting, complete with a beautifully appointed gather-around bar, main dining area, private dining room, and outdoor terrace.

This was our first Tuesday experience, and the first for others in our party. The food..the atmosphere..the service (Amanda was our server) was above and beyond. We are all still talking about it and planning our next dining experience. Amanda was exceptional and reached for the stars, and is by far the best waitress any of us have ever had. ♥️

Bulla Gastrobar is really a great place to try different foods - the tapas are great, the Seafood Paella is fantastic as are the cocktails (although a bit too much ice). You will feel as if you are on vacation and stumbled into an unheralded Mom and Pop place somewhere in Spain. The vibe is real and the food is amazing. I recommend without any hesitation.

Absolutely stellar experience at Bulla (Legacy West)! Joshua was fantastic behind the bar—welcoming, attentive, and personable. As the evening picked up, Rolando, Ben, and Ian jumped in seamlessly, and the entire team made sure we were always taken care of, whether it was drinks or tapas. The level of service and hospitality truly stood out. Can’t wait to come back—this bar crew sets the standard!

Great food and always a fun experience sharing various small plates with friends. Even after ordering lots and lots of food the check was still waitlist then going to a nice restaurant for two and there were four of us. Service was great. The only thing is it is quite noisy and a little hard to talk and hear.

Brought my clients to lunch here and we had a great time. The service, the food, everything was excellent! We tried about 10 different dishes including dessert. All so good! First time, will definitely be back. Thanks so much!

This place was a bust. We were there to celebrate my husbands birthday and were very disappointed. We ordered many small plates, 2 of them never came, the tuna tartare was ok and the patatas bravas were pretty yummy. The grilled steak was pretty gross, it comes swimming in an insipid mushroom sauce the temperature was wrong and the steak was chewy. The grilled octopus was good but then they also had is swimming in a too sweet corn pure. The montaditos also had a very sweet bbq sauce on them that they tried to call a tomato marmalade. We also ordered the paella mixta which was ok, a bit greasy and soupy for paella but taste was ok. Our server also forgot a second set of drinks and they left dirty dishes on our table throughout the meal. Overall for the price point and the spot you are better off at other restaurants in the area.

Amazing service!! In addition to the delicious food, we celebrated a birthday and the made a card (and signed it) for the birthday girl. Highly recommend for celebrations, they are outstanding.
