Bulla Gastrobar is always excellent! The small plate appetizers as well as the paella is amazing! Sangria is also refreshing and wonderful. Fun atmosphere sand nice ambiance. Highly recommend and will be back!

We sat on the patio and our waitress was wonderful. The Seafood Paella was a little bit salty and skimpy on the seafood considering the price of the dish. Overall, we would go back, but might try something different.

Every item we ordered was delicious. Chefs plate with the cheese and meats. The patatas brava and the chorizo stuffed dates all amazing as starters. We then moved on to the lamb dish and then the paella. Traditional with seafood. Yum yum. Definitely gonna have to go back to try more of the menu.

The food was cold and awful. Four people came to brunch and ordered different items. Everything was cold- eggs Benedict, chicken and waffles and steak and eggs. Would not go back

Amazing experience. We were dining out for my wife’s birthday and it was awesome. Erin was a great server and the food was amazing. This was not our first time dining here and it certainly will not be our last.

I’m a big fan of Bulla, but I tried the new mimosa tower and was disappointed to see how they vertically dump the champagne into the tower- you lose all your bubbles instantly as it foams all the way up almost to the top of the tower. You’re supposed to pour champagne (like beer) on a tilt to minimize the foam issue. Otherwise, loved brunch!

Food and service was great! Really enjoyed the tapas, especially the tuna tartare and garlic shrimp. We also enjoyed the caldoza, it was plenty for 2. Prices are reasonable, IMO.

Our experience at the hostess stand you;d not have been colder. We had reservations and were seated quickly, BUT not once were we greeted or looked in the eye with the exception of asking if we had a reservation. I'm not joking . . . ZERO eye contact.

The waitress worked her butt off but the manager screwed many things up. We never got one of our orders and the manager was suppose to handle it and after an hour, he brings it out in a to go bag when we never asked for one. There was a language issue as he said he misunderstood but it was quite upsetting. I doubt I will ever go back.

We celebrated the final week of DFW Restaurant Week at Bulla and it did not disappoint. We had lovely service and the food was great. Unfortunately there were some extremely loud (!) parties next to us, so conversation was difficult.

The entire experience is well manicured. You will meet smiling faces upon entrance who escort you to your table and the server staff is equally friendly. The food is absolutely exquisite. There’s really no way to go wrong visiting Bulla. We went for brunch, but I’m looking forward to also going in for dinner at some point as well. The tapas plates for brunch were incredibly tasty. Every single one of them we had the sautéed shrimp, chorizo stuffed figs, montaditos, watermelon salad, and tuna tartare. Everything was absolutely delish but I defy you to try the montaditos and not want a whole plateful.

Came out of home area for Dallas Restaurant Week opportunity. The selection was above average for a limited cost menu with lots of things that drew our attention. Part of the fun was looking at the presentations of meals at surrounding tables, which made us want to return. Nothing negative, or even average, about the experience.

Our table was ready when we arrived, they asked if we would mind a high top, which we declined. Service was amazing. Waitress stopped by and greeted us, told us there was 2 minutes left in Happy Hour, so we ordered a drink and perused the menu. We ordered from the restaurant week menu and we were both very pleased.

Love the menu and location. Tapas all came out quick and portions are generous for the price. Drink service was not up to pace with the food delivery. Special attention to birthday guest was appreciated; however, the “tell me your name so we can put it on your card” demand from the server was a bit awkward after I’d provided that info in the reservation. Overall a good experience and I’d recommend to friends.

This is my 3rd time here and each time I visit, I bring folks who haven't been here before. Everyone I've brought has enjoyed it and I've now picked from their great value Pick 2 menu on a weekday, their 3 course brunch menu on a weekend, and their regular entree menu. All are worth the trip and the free parking garage across the street helps make it a nice experience. We really enjoyed the avocado toast, and the flatbread with carmelized onion and bacon appetizers and the blueberry ricotta pancakes for dessert. My favorite dessert is the coconut flan with passion fruit sorbet. The giant hamburger with roasted potatoes was a hit for 2 people I brought who hate to experiment. I tried the brunch paella which comes with 4 fried eggs, over arborial rice mixed with spinach, sausage and pepper cream - I had 3 meals out of it.

Love Bulla. Been 6-7 times. Never disappoints. If I had a single piece of critique and this is a reach…. Urgency to get drinks out with speed could be elevated but again, that’s a reach and not worth critiquing really. Everything is outstanding. More people the better. That means more tapas and paella.

My wife and I went for our anniversary, and it was a great experience! We ordered a variety of tapas, and everything was delicious. The cocktails were good, too. We were treating with a dessert to celebrate the occasion, and even that was excellent. Will absolutely be going back more than once to try other offerings from their menu.
