Meets Expectations. 3/5 Decent food, service, ambiance. But not great. Server gave out a QR code and asked for a review of his service. -- Was a Google review. I suspect that's why their Google Review Ratings are so high

The food was expertly prepared and very unique. Our waiter, jai, was knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and his recommendations were delicious. Would definite return here when back in ATL!

I enjoyed our lunch experience. Food was tasty and authentic, the energy of the place pretty nice, and service was good. I would return. The parking is in an adjacent structure, looked fairly busy but they validate assuming you can find a spot. It would be nice to introduce valet parking.

My daughter saw this place on Tic Toc and we thought we would check it out. It was noisy, but not too bad. I was not impressed by the food, the presentation was nice but food was not the best. it took a long time for my french toast that wasnt hot or flavorful...I was disappointed.

Went for a birthday celebration which I had indicated on open table. No mention of it. Food was decent but not worth the money. Service was amazing. Also disliked I was unable to hire the bill before paying due to the toast handheld computers. We will not be returning.

all the food and the drinks were great. our server had a little bit of an attitude but they were pretty busy so i understand i guess. also, when you order bottomless mimosas, they bring you one mimosa at a time, not a carafe. we still got plenty of mimosas but it was a decent wait in between each one, i’m not sure if it was due to them being busy or them intentionally spacing it out.

Food was good overall but drinks were extremely slow. Our waitress kept apologizing for how long it was taking and then we watched our drinks sit at the counter for almost 10 minutes, they were watered down by then. The drinks were very inconsistent themselves, I had a coconut margarita and it tasted completely different every time. The food was overall pretty good, I expected the paella to be a traditional crispy rice at the bottom but it was more like soggy over cooked rice. The rest of the food was good but for how much you pay for the paella, do yourself a favor and skip it.

The best thing about the place was the staff from the hosts to the servers. Everyone was so lovely. And it feels rare in hospitality these days. I just wish I was as equally as impressed by the food. Not bad, just nothing to write home about

Our meal was prepared perfectly and the taste was very similar to what I experienced while living in Madrid. The service was quite good but there were times we had to wait a little more than expected. The biggest issue was sitting outside and groups of people coming in off the street to meet with another customer; a lot of I and out traffic and not so relaxing.

The food and drinks at Bulla are always fresh and delish!! We had a 7:15pm reservation on a Friday night. When we walked in the host told us she needed to figure out where to seat us because it was going to rain and people outside were coming in. We were seated upstairs. The walk to get upstairs is awkward you have to squeeze around the bar which has very little space to walk around. Our service was bad. Our server took a good 10 minutes to greet us. I ordered a drink from the bar and my meal, a burger, at the same time. I got my food before I got my drink. Our server also had an attitude. Not sure if she was having a bad day but any time I asked about my drink or for anything extra I got the feeling I was putting her out. It just wasn’t a good experience. I’ll definitely try again as their food is excellent. But next time I’ll just sit at the bar.

This was my second time at this Bulla location and definitely a better experience than than the last! Our server was attentive, prompt, and very kind and welcoming. We had the chorizo stuffed dates, meatballs, potatoes, and garlic shrimp. For drinks, we had a spanish old fashioned, spanish margarita, and mules. The food was great, came out quickly and was fresh/hot/flavorful. Everything tasted amazing, and the drinks were nicely balanced too. After we were done with our lunch, my date and I got to enjoy our time and didn't feel rushed by our server to leave. I can't wait to go back again! Bulla is my only place right now I trust for good tapas, service, and experiences.

Vincent the manager is amazing when it comes to customer service! Honestly everyone in the restaurant was. I don't typically eat dates but they were delicious and the Montaditos! I was pleasantly surprised with everything we ordered. The music, location and vibe was amazing!

Our really simple lunch orders got messed up and the one order they got right, 1/2 of it never came after multiple reminders. Everything came out in a really weird order, with big gaps of time between one person being served all of their food and anyone else getting food. The service was off, they didn't have any of their seafood dishes, and the upholstery on all the booths is way past needing to be replaced. It was embarrassing hosting a business lunch there. I've even eaten at Bulla many times and even hosted a big event upstairs there. The food (that we got) was still good. But overall, it really seems to have gone downhill.
