Excellent authentic food. Some excellent Spanish wines.
They did a wonderful job with social distancing and having staff wear masks and gloves. Felt very safe. Food was delicious. Service outstanding.
Thank you for opening for service. It was a pleasure to dine with you and the service and food were incredible.
We've been to Bulla several times and each time we have received consistent service and quality food/drink.
Manager was delightful! Came to our table and realized she and I are from Miami! Been here three times this week, and love the food and service.
Nice to be able to dine in again, and Bulla did a nice job of making us feel safe and disinfected to the best of their abilities.
Their grilled octopus salad hit the spot. The octopus was nice not rubbery. My sweetheart enjoyed and I enjoyed the veal and beef (?) meatball appetizer. She liked her main dish as well. Too bad I’m drawing a blank on what it was. Very nice!
During the cautious reopening of area restaurants we had an anniversary and decided to go out. I'm glad we did. Our first visit here was delicious. The food quality and taste were a real wow and the service was warm but socially distanced. Only complaint concerns the weak cocktails. We will stick to packaged alcohol next time. We'll be back.
food was great! Thanks for being open for business
Great that it’s open during the corona virus
This is just a great place to have dinner with friends or on a date. The staff is just wonderful! They are so done to earth, funny, and just provide stellar service! I just love this place.
Love the avocado toast, my Fav!
My friend and i went back for a second time to this awesome restaurant. The paella is amazingly good. Ous server Nathan is adorable and extremly good at what he does. Always ask for him to take care of you.
We will ne back.
Our tapas were fantastic along with the quick and efficient service.
Myself and 3 friends met for dinner to reconnect after a few weeks. The dinner was perfect. Lexi’s service was not only impeccable, she became the 5th friend at our table. She was amazing!
Bulla never disappoints! The food is amazing and the staff make it such a great experience. The chicken croquettes and the cannelloni are my favorites, but I have yet to try something that wasn’t good.
We had been here before and thought our tapas were great. This visit was not so good. The chefs board of ham and cheese for 22 was sparse and over priced. We had several tapas that were very good. At the beginning when ordering drinks we said that we wanted the 39.50 paella so that it could be put in the works. We knew that took a while. Meantime drinks were served along with the misc tapas. Well we waited and waited for the paella. Maybe 45 minutes or more. Too long! It was a disappointment for such a pricy dish. The seafood quantity was sparse and the amount of rice was huge. It wasn’t worth half the price. We effectivvely paid $40 for a bowl of rice with with a few mussels and a few shrimp. If we come back it won’t be for paella. Plus this was Tuesday paella night!??! Really disappointed.
Great food and fantastic happy. Best Cuban sandwich in the city! Would highly recommend.
Definitely a unique and enjoyable experience. I’m not afraid to try something different and I had plenty of good food! Great service.
I have eaten here before and had a great experience. This time around the food was no nearly as good and very salty. Nice Ambiance and bar scene but probably will not go back for a dinner.
Great service. Creative cocktails. Very good food.
This place was recommended...disappointed. The service was very off. Food was okay. Won’t be returning.
This is always a fun restaurant to go to. It has a lot of small plates food options that are fun to try.
The food was just good. We ordered a lot of different items and nothing really made us say “wow.” There was definitely a strangely raw part of our octopus. I have eaten it at many places and have never experienced this gelatinous texture (it was only at the thickest part of the tentacle.) It also wasn’t great with the corn purée. The corn purée was better on its own. I would say the best thing we had was the calamari. I prefer it with a lemon aioli rather than marinara and this is exactly how it is served.
The value was excellent. I think all menu items were definitely priced appropriately.
As for the ambiance, we were sat upstairs and it was just a let down. The downstairs is so vibrant and energetic and once you get upstairs it is just boring, quiet, and almost like you are the rejects. I didn’t like the atmosphere up there and if I ever go back I will ask to be downstairs.
Great neighborhood jewel. Good view perch for bar seating.
HORRIBLE experience. We made a reservation for 4, and a friend was in the restaurant and decided to join us, so we became 5. Forty minutes wait, we asked what was going on, because we saw multiple open tables. Rudely told that extra person in reservation was hard to accommodate. We ended up getting a table for four anyway, with an extra chair. Sat at table, literally 10 minutes for a waiter to even acknowledge us, only to be told that he was the only one on the floor (he was serving two tables). Kept waiting, see the glass in front of me all nasty (greasy fingers and food leftover on it). Table was wobbling, candles off...so we just left. We didn’t even get water while all this mess was happening. Never going to this place again, DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Love it , food and host was great
Food was good. Service was poor especially when compared with cost.
We love the tapas options both new & our old favorites. Consistently excellent service & food, thank you!
College reunion of dear friends.
We ordered the Valentines Day Set meal. Everything was delicious but what made our experience extraordinary was our server, Tina. She is awesome! We love her enthusiasm and willingness to walk through the menu with us. With her help, we already have a list of other items we will try the next time we dine at Bulla during our next visit to Atlanta.
Great vibe and service. And the food was outstanding. Best Cuban sandwich I ever had! Would totally recommend this restaurant.
Bulla remains one of my favorites. Tuna tartare and the salmon carpaccio are always excellent and the churros are a small but amazingly satisfying desert indulgence. The Proper Gin & Tonic is always great - love the star anise and juniper berries. It's a great place to try new things and share with friends!
My first time going for happy hour. Good drink and food specials!
The Bulla Gastrobar has been consistent every time I have eaten there. The service is great... Food is prepared very well. And the pricing is super fair- 3 ppl,<$50. I would highly recommend this spot to enjoy a business lunch.
Loved everything we ordered. The gazpacho was creamy and tasted deliciously. The tortilla, croquetas and tortilla were excellent as well.
First time here and we had a great experience! Delicious food and the cocktails were the best I have had in the city in a long time. Try the Bougie Palmer...so light and refreshing.
