   We sat at a table on the terrace overlooking the view which was nice. However our service was truly terrible. The cocktail I ordered was incorrectly prepared, the server would disappear for more than 30 minutes at at time, and I had to go inside to order or inquire about an order or ask for the check 4-5 times. It was the worst service I have had at what is supposed to be a high-end property. The food was also mediocre. Will not return.

   Unfortunately this time around the experience wasn’t so great. After spending $100 for myself an another to be told that we could not sit at the first come first serve bar because the bartender wanted to give the seat to someone else I was appalled. Secondly to bypass us with champagne then come around to I say you were all out before the toast was pretty disappointing. Not cool.

   NYE “Experience” was a flop. Not worth $100 for a 2 top reservation. No champagne toast as promised or any other party favor or ambiance. DJ missed the actual NYE countdown. No view of fireworks. Sat at a table for 2 hours, there was no table service (despite the place only being marginally busy). They only had 3 bartenders so it was too backed up to ever hope to get a drink. Then they shut the bar down at 12:30, telling folks the downstairs bar was open til 2am, but when you got there it was also closed.

    We went for NYE and only got a table outdoors and it was cold with only one tall heater working- too far from our table. We ended up standing by the bar inside so could not order food. The wait staff was nice and we enjoyed the decor.
