    They were understaffed, had our food brought to us an hour and a half after it had been done, cold. It took thirty to forty minutes to get the channel on some of the tv’s to the hockey game.

    We never got sat. Our reservation was not available when we arrived, they acted like it did not exist. We were told it would be a 15-20min wait. I could not even get anyone to talk to use after 15min. Wont be using OpenTable or recommending it again.

    Does not apply to Saginaw, this is launched by corporate but isn’t recognized at the individual restaurant. There really was no reservation.

    I made reservations online only to get to BWW Saginaw MI to let me know they do not participate in reservations. The hostess was not a bit nice about it either. I have been going to BWW for years all over Michigan. This hostess did not even put us on her waiting list until I asked 5 minutes after the fact. After waiting over 20 minutes we noticed many tables clearing outside (where we asked to be seated). I went inside to ask if there were tables available yet only to see two sets of patrons come in after us be seated in the outdoor section before us. I am not impressed with how this matter was handled.

    Christmas Eve. Should expect a crowd and noise and wasn’t disappointed. Food was good. Server great considering they were working on Christmas Eve. Would help if front counter knew they take reservations. I had to show them my phone and a manager had to show them where to find the reservation in their system. Front counter employee was pleasant and apologetic. We enjoyed the evening.

    They couldn’t find my reservation so we had to wait over 15 minutes to get a table. I requested dining side in the reservation because I have a toddler but they put us in the bar. Other than that it was great.

    Bdubs was good like always. Only problem was that we had a reservation at 730 and they were not ready at all. We ended up having to move tables together before the rest of the party got there.

    Reserved a table for 630 and didnt get seated until 7. Wasnt busy had empty tables. Food was wrong when brought back all american burger only had 1 patty and not 2. Had to tell server again that it wasnt right.

    Horrible...server was dumb....manager was very rude....food was literally burnt and were told “they could do nothing about it because their oil was bad”
