I booked a reservation for 2 at 11:45pm on Open Table. When I arrived at 11:40pm, there was a line of people waiting to be seated. My reservation was not honored, and I was told I’d have to wait 45 minutes to be seated. The host stated they do not honor reservations through Open Table. To be turned away in the middle of the night after all the other establishments have closed for the evening was unprofessional and displayed poor customer service.
Made a reservation through open table a few days prior due to my friend being on call at the hospital and not having a lot of time to eat, but it was his birthday dinner so we tried to make it work. We arrived to the restaurant and upon telling them we had a reservation, they said they weren’t doing reservations because they “didn’t even know their set up.” You should not be able to make a reservation if they aren’t accepting them. Not sure what kind of excuse that is, but we immediately left because they were rude about the whole situation and we also didn’t have time to wait the hour to get a table at that time. I was texted to confirm my reservation through open table as well, which was frustrating. I will never go back to this Buffalo Wild Wings location.

Great experience. Enjoyed that you could scan the QRC code and see the menu. Was disappointed that the server did not know you could reserve a table using this app.
