I was greeted immediately when I walked in. I told her I had a reservation for the patio and she politely said let me go sanitize the table and chairs before I seat you... Which was great!! Our Server was very good at handling our drinks as well as our food plates so as not to touch them with her bare hands. Kudos!

Front desk server right away looked at me and said, “We do not have space right now, you’re going to have to wait!” I told him I have a reservation already in the system and he changed his attitude and still told me, “well you still have to wait because I’m the only one cleaning tables”. I don’t want to hear about your job, just do it. Our server(cannot remember her name) was great and catered to all our needs so that was nice. The appetizers were good and fresh; Although, our wings were cold and dry. They seemed to be old and have sat for a while. I enjoyed the appetizers more than my wings. Beer was cold and came to us fairly quickly. Bww in Mira Loma is very inconsistent. At times the food and service is on point and great. Other times it sucks overall, or food is great and service sucks.

There was no point in making a reservation since when I got there I had to wait another 15-20 minutes for my table while they sat everyone else in smaller parties. You make a reservation so they can be prepared when you get there. The table we ended up sitting at was empty since we first arrived so I don’t understand the extra wait. Also our wings and fries were cold. Will not be going back.

We had a Birthday Party of 20+ out the patio. Tables were dirty. Not enough chairs or tables. We originally made reservations for 36 people. Had everyone shown up, it would have been a disastrous. Kudos to Marty our waiter. He had his hands full and he deserves a raise. He not only took care of us, but his tables inside. What's the point of making a reservation almost a week ahead of time? Blame this on poor management! Won't be going back the Mira Loma location!
