   Reserved the table on this app thinking it would shorten the wait. When i arrived the people in front of me had been waiting for 10 min for someone to pay attention to them. I tried finding a tea member and when i did they told me it would be a 45 minute wait. I said one you could have said something to us so we dont waste our time. The african american lady yelled and said sir you dont talk to me like that.

   After going to the zoo, we needed a quick bite to eat and a place to watch the Cubs game. Olivia, our waitress, was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, attentive and personable.

   Everything worked out okay but when we arrived for our reservation they said they do not take reservations and that they have never seen Open Table. Not sure where the disconnect was but they were able to seat us within 30 minutes.

   They did not have our reservations and the music was so loud we had to yell at each other to be heard. Food was greasy and disgusting.
