Super bad service both from waitress, and host, we made reservations and they claimed they didn’t take reservations even though we have made them before and the manager sat us right away despite being busy but this time the two clearly inexperienced girls made us wait 45 mins before seating us even tho we had reservations that were made almost 3 hours ahead of time. Totally unacceptable customer service. I’ve worked in the restaurant business and I know the expectations of what it should be like and this was such a mess from getting seated to our waitress who had no smile on her face at all during our visit. Food was good tho, can’t complain on that.

We love eating at Bdubs. The food, atmosphere, and staff are always wonderful.
NYE and it took over 20 minutes to get sat bc they “didn’t know they took reservations.” We tried to keep a positive attitude but it took way too long to be treated by our waitress . We got our appetizers before our drinks and our meal came an hour later , after all the people who were sat after us and beside us, got their food. The waitress took forever to follow up on our food and continued to forget things. The worst part is there was no apology for the horrible service or food preparation time. We did not get comped for a single thing and our two children were beyond patient while waiting entirely too long for dinner .
