   This was the best dining experience I have had in at least 3 years. Captain Jack Sparrow was our server and he was incredible. Friendly, funny, on top of all we asked for and made us feel like he was there for us. So many servers and restaurants have been settling for crap service with no apologies. This is the only restaurant in Jackson that I have had a good experience with and I will only dine here from now on when I want a night out.

   Had online reservation for a low table in order to watch basketball; got sat at a hi-top table and it was difficult to view the games being played. Food took too long to get and then order was incorrect; didn’t want to wait any longer for food so told them to forget it...not a good experience..:

   Don’t expect to reserve a table at this BW’s, I found this out after I went to check in and was told we don’t do reservations here! Thought that was weird when there’s nothing on the web page says they don’t, if it hadn’t been for the hostess scrambling to do what she could and she did get us table, she said they’ve told corporate of this problem but they have done anything to solve this problem. This was somewhat embarrassing seeing I had a table for nine and had told everyone we had reservations

   Reserved a table for 8... Had a walk in table of 8 seated before me and then they wanted me (who had a reservation) to sit my party at two 4 tops. The person seating us said they don't go by reservations... Whats the point then? So we had to have tables crammed together for our party while the walk ins got one nice long table. Then to rub a little salt in the wound... Our waitress was terribly rude. I was so excited for BDubs to come to Jackson but not sure I will ever go back. This was also my Birthday... Thanks for nothing BDubs
