Buffalo Wild Wings - Harlem
Our server, Jeanette, was great.
There needs to be more teamwork between the staff. In my experience as a server, everyone, regardless of position, pitched in so that the customers are not waiting for an extended amount of time for their food. There were moments (about 2), but not enough for such a quiet night. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating in their position. As for the food, the burger was a bit too salty.
The waiter kind of sucked but when I spoke to the manager she was very understanding and Helpful.
Tuesday’s are date night for us; we stop in and have wings and then head to see a movie. It’s a great deal all the way around especially since we request our server Gilbert. He has AMAZING customer service and knows what to recommend for us to have an exceptional experience each and every time. He makes our experience. Thank you Gilbert.
The service is not that great, and it was way too loud.
I wasn’t told by anyone that reserve for the Super Bowl is not possible, I went there all the way from Brooklyn and I need to wait and I miss the game
Not only did the restaurant decide not to recognize or accept reservations for Super Bowl, but the service was incredibly slow and rude. We got a food nearly an hour after we ordered and our drinks half an hour after ordered.
If they are expecting to receive such a large amount of people for an event, then they should be prepared to provide an adequate service to customers. But that was not the worst part of it, waiters would completely disappear for lapses of 15 to 20 minutes, and when they did appear they seemed annoyed by the fact that people were asking for more food or drinks.
Terrible service, terrible experience and definitely not ever going back to a place where the staff does not treat customers the appropriate way.
A friend and I went. Our server was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. I have nothing negative to say!

I’m so disappointed with the online reservation , I made a reservation to have dinner and watch the fight . Unfortunately, my reservation wasn’t honor it at the arrive time. Im upset for this false advertisement, I won’t recommend any one to your restaurant.
I made a reservation on OpenTable to watch a fight at Buffalo Wild Wings Harlem. We were 5-10 minutes early and approached the hostess. The hostess was licking an Oreo cookie and gave us a look as if to say "...what?" I told her we had a reservation and she told us that there were no reservations and they "should have shut that off". I'm a big Buffalo Wild Wings fan, but certainly not the Harlem location, Oreo cookies notwithstanding.
They had us waiting for 1.5 hours when we already had reservations! Theirs 2 floors and they didn’t even bother to take us and everyone else to the bottom floor!
I came in from out of town to see friends, and was first surprised that a B Dubbs would require a reservation. After arriving, it was about ten minutes before a hostess approached us and sat my party.
After being seated, it was about another fifteen minutes before it was sorted as to who would be our server.
The food was typical BWW, but we had to remind our server repeatedly about refills, sauces, silverware and condiments.
Truly, a subpar experience in roughly every way.
My waiter Jarvis was awesome!! He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and made great suggestions!!
no point to reserve via Open table, still had to wait 30 minutes !!!!!

Great place to watch a sports game. Many TVs and the restaurant was well-lit. The food was great but the service could be a bit better (waited a while for someone to even come up to us and get us seated).
I'm livid. We had a reservation for 9 pm. We were seated promptly and our waitress was nice and took our drink and food order no problem.
Flash forward over an hour... we haven't seen our waitress. Drinks are empty. We're hungry. I finally flag down another waitress and ask for the check since we'd been waiting over an hour. As I'm doing this, our food comes (we got a sampler platter.) Waitress says she "took so long cuz I had to cook the food myself." Uh ok. Except everything is COLD. No offer to refill drinks. Empty ketchup on the three nearest tables.
I finally snap and ask for the check and to just take my food home. Another woman helped us and was very prompt, polite, and apologetic. Wish she had been our server from the start.
BWW is my favorite chain, but don't waste your money. Cold food and garbage service. Will not be returning.
OpenTable reservations are not honored at that location. They knew nothing of my reservation and it did not matter, the wait was 20 mins.
Fine, fire alarm flashing the whole time was really bad.
Was an overall cool experience. Besides the fact that I made the 9pm reservations to try to get in and get out but I still had to wait about 20 mins after I arrived for my reservation. The food also took a really long time to come out and I missed my movie next door due to the time. The server was very friendly though and the atmosphere was loud but entertaining.
I got there with my group of 10 and BWW claimed they didn’t take online reservations forcing us to leave the restaurant and eventually just coming home to order pizza. Great way to spend my birthday. Thanks Bdubs
I got to Buffalo Wild Wings Once In A while , but When i go i ALWAYS go to the times square location , order is ALWAYS right and on time, waitresses are pleasant & i don’t ever have to ask for things twice. I chose to go to the Harlem location for the first time because it was conveniently close by . I would NEVER go to that location again or recommend anyone to go there. The waiter got my order wrong twice , she brought out my company’s food first , the fries were cold , the people who were bringing out the food went to another table with my food , everything was unorganized. & when i walked in i wasn’t asked did i make a reservation or anything. It was a woman walking around with a clipboard writing down names. I was just confused on what was the point of making a reservation if that’s what was going to happen. None the less i will stick with my times square location their more professional.
Waiter was all over the place. Brought wings out but forgot sides. By the time the sides came we were done.
Our server was very helpful and gave great recommendations of what to try for our big party of 8

Service was horrible my family and I left after the old guy who was reserving tables came to the podium where he wasn't standing for a while with an attitude. We ask to sit in another area and it was clean. He was looking at us like "what?" I was fixing a table when we never said anything. His attitude was like he didn't want to be there and after that we didn't either. The decor was the energy was dead. Most customers were in the take out line. I would never go back to the place its is not a nice place and the customer service sucks.
The waiter I had she was very nice and made the experience at bww really nice and interesting
We were seated right away and the food and service was excellent. Hopefully this will become the norm at "Wild Wings".
Not a terrible location with available seating. The lady didn't even know what OpenTable was until we showed the reservation. The waitress was friendly and honest when it came to the menu. The food was good, but took a bit to get to our table.
Even though I made the reservation through here we still had to wait half an hour for a table. Other than the long wait the service and food were great.
When we walked in the the BWW I told the host I had a reservation and her response was " I didn't know we had those" she then walked away. While waiting for her to return other customers started to gather in the lobby. Another worker walked pass and said "you al can sit if you want" one lady asked "is there someone taking names" his response was "just know what order you came in when they come to seat you".... once seated our server was very talkative and friendly but then proceeded to mess up our order and disappear after we received our food. Another waiter had to go looking for her so we could get our check and then we waited an additional 15 mins after giving our cards before she returned with them.
Even though we had a reservation they refused to sit us due to a broken pipe. We had gathered as a group of friends who came in from all over the world and his was horrible. Also we had to ask for a Manager 3 times to find out what was going on. They kept ignoring us.
The worst service imaginable.
