Make sure you not only say but write down the tip Amount your giving. I told the waitress no tip she proceeded to give her self a 15 dollar tip off of my debit card

I wish I would’ve known that the reservations online did not match in store hours. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings under the impression I could be seated due to reservation/confirmation, but sadly turned away as store stopped seating at the time of our reservation (10pm). I was able to place a carry out order and the food was decent and the waitress taking our order was very helpful. Maybe I should’ve called to confirm or something of that nature but I just thought since there was a reservation for that time and they didn’t close till 11 it was ok.

We all had different meals. My brisket was outstanding. The chicken sandwhich was very good according to my buddy and the tacos were also very tasty according to my other friend. The fries were crisp just the way we like them. Overall even though we didn't order wings the food was above par.

They refused my reservation once I arrived so we sat at the bar. I ordered a burger and tater tots. I received a charred burger that was very dry and french fries instead of tots. The burger was crunchy and dry. The fries had way too much salt, we're crispy and dry. We had to keep swatting fruit flies away from our meals.

I wasn’t happy that I had to ask for silverware and napkins. When our waitress brought out the napkins, she brought 2 napkins and 2 forks for 3 people. When my wings were probably room temperature when they were brought out. My onion rings were perfect. I would completely understand if they were busy but they weren’t and our waitress wasn’t attentive at all. Like she didn’t even come back to refill my drink and was drink was empty when my food was delivered.

Food and server were great. I made a reservation for a booth style seat in advance and was told the booth would be ready by time my selected reservation time and ten minutes after the time they continued offering a table. Shortly after being seated at that table 3 different booths right beside us were open and seated with others.

Very nice staff. They try to meet the reservation time but it’s not guaranteed. Half of my table was ready at 7:45, but the other half wasn’t until 8:10-8:15.
