Buffalo Wild Wings - Corvallis
We had reservations and were seated promptly however after being seated no one came by for 10 minutes. When we finally did get a server we ordered our water and food so we could get our order in. We got our drinks, and about 30 mins later I asked if we could get some celery and carrots early (as we ordered wings) which she brought and this helped my two kiddos have a little bite. We had to ask for a refill on our drinks and after 48 minutes I asked if our food would be out soon, to which I got a reply of “it’s busy”. I absolutely can understand busy and am more than willing to wait, however not having any communication or having to ask for things was frustrating. I worked in the food industry, and always found it was best to talk with your folks, offer to bring an appetizer or even some crackers for the kids, something.
Our food arrive 56 minutes after sitting down and it was just my husband and myself and our two small kids, not a large order.
Definitely unhappy this time around.
We had a group of 11 for lunch. The service was so slow, it took 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive. They promised the food wouldn't take as long, but it did. We sat out on the patio which has plastic curtains all around it (not sure why the curtains weren't opened, it was a beautiful day). The curtains are secured with chains, so every time the wind blows you hear this horribly loud clanking of the chains. Not a great experience.
