It was the worse service I’ve had from bufflo wild wings. They were attending big parties that came AFTER us and it was only two of us we had to speak up and tell them because they were ignoring us and the funny thing is there was a lot of tables open for a two party so that ticked me off. Then our waiter was rushing us to order when we just sat down. I ordered a certain food item and it was supposed to come with a whole bunch of stuff and I got it plain I asked for cole slaw on the side and she did not get me what I wanted. So it was the worse and I will definitely not be going back to that location.

The place is a sports bar, so not really high on expectations. The sampler platter didn’t come until the regular food. Kudos to our server who got it comped. The waiter was actually quite good. The chips in the sampler platter were stale. The buffalo ranch chicken sandwich was good. The Tennessee chicken sandwich a solid “meh”.

What’s the point about a reservation when they still make you wait. They were racially profiling my group. As we witnessed groups without reservations walking and being sat right away as where my group where we had a reservation we were told to wait for about 10-20 minutes!

Everything went well except the part where we arrived and told the person we made reservations on open table and then he disappeared. We noticed a bunch of people getting seated so we ask what happened and the girl apologized. Not sure where the other guy went. So our reservation was kind of pointless. The rest of the service was good.

I made a reservation for a reason. Not to wait, but in the day of my reservation I get a call saying that my reservation has to be cancelled for Sunday football. If that place does not reserve on Sunday football, then mention it on the website, don’t call and cancel reservation on that same day.

We made a reservation, but turns we didn’t need one because when we got there it was quite empty. But it took more than 10 minutes to get the attention of a hostess, even tho there were several employees at the Take-Out area. Once we were acknowledged, it took more than 15 minutes to seat us —- in a nearly empty restaurant. So we were seated almost 30 minutes after our reservation, surrounded by empty tables. We had a time restraint (thus the reservation) which didn’t seem to matter to them at all!
