I had to wait for ever for m table even after the reservation
We go out to eat a minimum of three times a week and have been for over 10 years and this was easily, and comically, the worst meal we have ever had. The drinks, the food, the very slow service, everything. So bad.
We had a group of 30, that turned into a group of 40+; nearly half of them kids. The manager Daniel was incredibly helpful getting us set up away from the crowds. The servers Jesse and George were beyond amazing with their friendliness, attention to detail, and timeliness. Seems like an impossible task to manage having it all run smoothly, but they did it with aplomb! Everyone of all ages enjoyed their experience! We will be back!!

We waited for 15 minutes, after reservation time, and the. waited for 30+ minutes for our sodas and beer, after sitting. Our wings took an additional 20 minutes and never received extra napkins we asked for. Our waitress kept complaining that customers were asking her to get stuff 🤷♀️ AND when I appeared unapologetic, she started ranting about how she didn’t even “have to be here today, but she had come in anyway.” I mean, what?! It was unreal. No manager anywhere in sight, for the meal. Wings were good, football was available - but wow! Terrible service.
Even though the food came out at the same time, one was cold vs the other which was hot, so that means one was ready before the other
We never got to have dinner there . When got there we went to the hostess desk. She said that she’s seen our reservations but it didn’t matter . We would have up wait just like everyone else. I asked them why have open availability for tables and I was told I don’t know why I don’t do it.
Everything was great until the fire alarm went off twice. It was extremely loud and scary. Kinda hard to enjoy your meal after that!
U must do it with a big crowd thou never by ya self it takes way to long
The waiters wouldn't walk around. We tipped well and got looked at funny.
We were seated promptly by the hostess who was friendly, but it took a long time for someone to take our order. Our waitress was professional and nice, and our food came out fast. The ambience was not very pleasant compared to the Forest Hills BWW we used to go to. The Forest Hills one has a sports bar vibe whereas this one felt like being at a McDonald’s. All in all, an ok experience that satisfied a craving.

The server got my ordered wrong but she did fix it and it took a little while for the food to come out
It was the worse experience I came the day before with my mom and sister next day my sister and I returned the hostess was rude and the security guard was rude they said my sister couldn’t come in cause she not 21 and ask to se sour id I understand that it store policy however the day before they didn’t question us or ask to see id so I proceeded to explain that I also stated the one located at gateway drive is better and they don’t do that it’s not like we were going to sit at the bar or in the lounge area the security guard was very rude I will never return to the one on Atlantic

Ok, so it’s Buffalo Wild Wings! I’m basing my review off of that, and still it gets one star. Everyone knows the type of establishment this is. Came in before a concert at Barclays. First of all, the weirdest seating experience. The host is in the back of the restaurant, near the restrooms...ODD!
We were seated quickly, so that’s the one star they earned. Drinks came out AFTER appetizer, and I waited 10 min for silverware for my side salad. I asked for extra crispy chicken and received cold, soggy, barely sauced wings. GROSS!
I asked for the check which was around $40. I handed the check back to the waitress with a $100 bill. She looked at it, looked at me and said “need change?” Well what do YOU think!!!??!!
Crappy service, crappy food, crappy all around. Avoid!
I had a reservation for 6:30 I arrived 10 minutes late and they held my reservation even though they had a lot of people waiting. We were immediately seated, the waitresss came right over took our order and told her we had a concert that we needed to be at shortly. We were served quickly and made our concert on time. Foid was decent.
We waited a while for the appetizers but other than that everything else was good.
they told us that "reservations" didnt mean anything ..... so why are they on open table??????/
The service was great but the food was ok the wings was good but the fries was very salty and not hot...I also had dessert which was the hot fudge chocolate cake and it was very cold I had to send it back to get warmed up which I didn't like because I don't like having to send food back to the kitchen because I heard crazy stories about sending food back for whatever reasons.
I did not like it I stood in front for 6 minutes for somebody to come over and to check in my reservation but the food was good I had Cheeseburger and French Fries with Pepsi at the bar it was nice
Table booked for 5.30pm after 45 mins of failure to be seated by staff I claimed a free table for my party myself. Order then took another 45 mins to arrive causing us to rush our food so that we were not late for our event at Barclays Center. I would not go there again poor service and average food

This is horribly my worst experience I’ve had. The waiter took 30 minutes to serve us. Hence no one was attentive in the restaurant. It was a complete mess. Worst experience. I completely hated this.
I have eaten at many Buffalo wild wings this one was a mess even though there was an Elton John concert across the street at the Barclay center the reservation was no problem through OpenTable I got in immediately but the service was extremely slow the entire wait staff seemed overwhelmed my advertisers and food came at the same time both cold and the food was nowhere as good as the many other Buffalo wild wings I have been at.
Food was delivered quickly and our waiter had an amazing personality!

The food was good but the server gave me a side of Barbecue sauce that was very hot and it was burning my mouth. The server did not check me in when I said I had a reservation
We waited an hour and a half for our food, our reservation was at 4:45 which is early and we did get seated immediately and added 2 extra people. We had a total of 8 people and didn't order appetizers because we were in a hurry to get back to the Barclay Center. Our server did apologize for the wait. All we ordered were basic things, burgers, wings, salad. When we got our food the fries were cold, chicken was cold. Our tab was about 180$ which isn't cheap but cold food and an 1 1/2 wait didn't make it a good experience. We usually go to Applebee's next door but one of the kids wanted to try somewhere different. We gave it a shot.

Although I had made reservations earlier at the day, we were turned away and told that all reservations made online using Opentable would not be honored. Overall the experience from opentable and buffalo wild wings was really frustrating and insulting.
Made reservation for my family en route to game at Barclays. Got there only to be informed wild wings don’t use this app and my booking did not exist! Thank you for nothing. I won’t ever be back.
Was just meeting a fridge for lunch before heading to Target. I only had a couple of mimosas and boneless chicken wings. Not much to write about. It’s a chain in a mall. Service was decent although I was told my wait would be 45 until I reserved a table with opentable.
Reservations eel here down
This place was a disaster and FILTHY. Straw wrappers and napkins everywhereeee. Their “system shut down” and lost our reservation so we wound Up waiting a half an hour past our reservation time and didn’t even get seated because we were sick of waiting and pushed tables together at the bar section. There was no organization or accommodating of the fact that our reservation was lost which we made because we had a show across the street. We wound up having to scarf our food down and leave half of it because it took so long. Probably never coming back here again.

I could not pay with a credit card because their system went down. I don’t carry cash on me so I had to go to an ATM. I was charged a $3 fee , plus my bank charged me a $2.50 fee.
