My new favorite place to have Sunday Brunch. The classic egg breakfast with the bacon is so good! My friend also loved their brunch and said they'd be going back again very soon. great food and service.

Disappointed there was no drip decaf coffee....paid fir a decaf americano but no free refills!
No jam or marmalade to have with my toast......we were there fir brunch.

I really enjoyed my first visit to Bufala! The service & food were awesome. The atmosphere was relaxed, especially as I went for Dine Out Vancouver & didn’t feel rushed whatsoever. Overall it was really enjoyable & definitely worth the drive over from Langley. Look forward to another visit there with my cousin who lives in Edgemont!

First time at Bufala. Had the dine-out menu which had a good selection and each course was delicious. Only complaint, and this could be due to social distance requirements, but the ambience was like eating at a Denny’s. Sat in a corner by the kitchen where all the pizza boxes are piled.
Apart from that, service was great and we will go back again.

Bufala Edgemont was a lovely experience from start to finish.
Greeted and seated promptly. Attentive server who was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the menu. When we wanted a sambuca post meal - she brought the bartender directly over to discuss other options since they were out of sambuca. He was terrific and gave several options, and was knowledgable about local crafts also.
three of us shared some appetizers all of which were fresh and delicious - bean dip, meatballs and arancini - authentic and delicioso!

Can’t wait to go back and try some different things from the menu.

Overall ok. The coffee was a little cold but the server replaced it quickly ...the food was good and the prices are excellent ..will come again for sure and try again

Wanted to love this neighbourhood restaurant, so these points are intended to help, not criticize.
1 - Burrata salad had absolute minimum of burrata, two carrots and mostly roasted beets - tasty if you like beets but not worth $18. Mediocre grilled bread.
2 - Pappardelle/lamb ragu- nice pasta
3 - Flatiron steak - nicely cooked but somehow flat, under seasoned? Pave potatoes were lukewarm.

Nice bottle of Nebbiolo was enjoyable, but not high end and the bill was $210 before tip. For that you’re in Savio/Luigi territory, I hope some tweaks in the kitchen will raise the bar.

Excellent brunch. They have started their brunch offerings a couple of months ago and this was our first time for brunch, although we have had dinner there several times. Good menu selection and excellent service. will definitely return.

This was our après brunch and it was perfect. The food was very fresh, great choice of non-alcoholic beverages and the tiramisu was the second best after the one we’ve had in Capri. We’ll be going back!

Love the brunch here. Only one tiny issue. Last time I requested the bacon done crispy and it was. This time not so much. Really wish they served a regular Mimosa, not the fuzzy kind which tends to separate in the glass. Not so great.
Service excellent.

We were supposed to have an 8pm reservation but hunger took over and we arrived early. We were seated quickly and at a nice table too. The wait staff is really friendly! We ordered a bottle of wine and were pleasantly surprised when the sommelier arrived with our wine and a great description of it. Delicious! Our food arrived just as they said, family style. And it was delicious. Must try the arancini - divine! The rest of the meal was just mouth watering. Will definitely come back. The next time it will be for the pizza that we saw arriving at the other tables!

We think the wine prices are far too expensive. The pizza was satisfactory but not great

Had a very generous portion of excellent pesto pasta and a wonderful arugula salad. The house white wine was delicious, good value and available by the glass, 1/2 litre or litre. My seat mate had rich flavourful risotto and was treated to a massive complementary piece of Tiramisu by the restaurant because we were celebrating her Birthday. The service was absolutely delightful and made for a very memorable experience. I highly recommend Bufala in Edgemont Village and will be back.

Service was excellent, food and drink were very good. We have been to bufala many times and have never been disappointed. Great to have such an excellent restaurant in our neighborhood.

I enjoyed my dinner. The service was amazing. Food was great (with the exception of the kale caesar salad) I’ll be returning!

It was good! Order the kale ceaser salad and arancini for starters. For maincourse order the iron steak and pizza. For the desert get the gelato!!!
Highly recommended.
