Bufala Edgemont is a place where friends and families can gather for delicious food & drink every day of the week. We prepare fresh, scratch-made classic & contemporary pizzas in the Napolitana style - blistered to perfection in our 800 degree stone oven - along with a tasty selection of Italian-inspired small plates, pasta, main courses and desserts.     The restaurant is nice enough and in a great neighborhood, Edgemont Village. The staff is excellent. The food, not so much. The pasta dishes are very mediocre. Ordered chicken parmigiana cuz it was the only main dish containing protein. The chicken was mediocre and the pasta below that. The kale Caesar was pretty good and their hummus style appt was very good. They’re pizzas are good and their hummus style only thing to order imo

    Bufala worked very hard to find something that I could eat. I ended up eating a pork dish that was very good. I have many issues with what I can eat, no gluten, no nightshades right now, so no tomatoes and no potatoes, for example, are a couple. So my first and second choices weren't gluten free. I won't be filling out any more open table reviews because I feel having to verify who I am for a food review TWICE is over the top. I'm not booking for surgery or having anything to do with a financial institution, this is for a FOOD REVIEW.

    Booth benches were very comfortable though I noticed table chairs were not padded. Inside of restaurant was much better than your impression from outside. Good value and good family n friends venue. Strength was in their pizza

    Paid $23 for a burrata plate only to receive 4 slices of tomato a very small portion of cheese and dried bread. Our risotto was also undercooked and our salad is soaked with dressing. It was a very disappointing experience. The food was below subpar unfortunately.

    Have had dinner at Bufala several times now. The food and service have been excellent every time. There can be a wide range of noise levels.

    This was disappointing. Some of the food arrived cold. Half of the orders were missing/late. THe resatuarant offerings were reduced with less options for me to choose from with dietary restrictions. We used to love going there.

    Friendly service, food was just ok - however, one of our party was violently ill after eating and the others all felt very average. Food was overpriced for quality
