It was a bit of a ghost town for our early booking (5:45), but more staff soon arrived. First tables (for 4) offered were in high traffic areas, even though there were few diners. We were fine to wait while they cleared another. The fan heater blew in our faces, but we just tilted it up a bit. Steaks and service very good.

Still the best Steak Restaurant in Kent and tops South East London too. Great Argentine Flavours cooked to perfection. Truly 5 Stars and not just a fabulous dinner but overall great experience. Jay the waitrose exceptional and her colleagues, always a pleasure. Fantastic Food!

The food was great, however the service was slow. Another couple came and left before our empty plates were taken. We had to ask twice for a dessert menu. I do understand that it’s busy, however other tables were being served and had their plates cleared before. Overall, was lovely though :)

Excellent food, if you love steak this is definitely a must! Staff friendly and very attentive even though they were very busy, made sure we had drinks while we waited, didn’t mind the wait as the food was excellent. Would highly recommend if you have plenty of time and don’t want to dine and dash off it takes time to cook food freshly to order and was definitely worth the wait.

Nice staff. The steaks were delicious, a waiter gave us the dessert menu, we wanted to try the churros but we left after waiting 20 minutes as no one came to take our order, that was a bit disappointing.

The service staff were absolutely lovely, all very polite, well presented and professional! The steaks were absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked for all 5 diners in our party. Great portion sizes too, we were all very satisfied by the end of the meal! Would 100% recommend ☺️

Great and delicious steaks but hugely over priced. 3 of us and we all bought the 350g fillet. The fillet was delicious but with the 3 friends I was with, 2 of 3 steaks were not cooked as requested. One asked for a medium but received very well done. He was offered a new steak but that it would take 30min, so not really an option. I asked for medium rare but received medium / well done. We were told that they will something with bill, but did not . Had to ask again and they knocked off £20. There are only two rules on eating a good steak. 1. The cut. 2. Timing. First world problems I know but given the price paid and the fact that they are a premium steak house , they do need to be spot on.

Perfect food everytime, amazing service and nice place to eat! Obviously a more expensive steak restaurant for a good reason! One tiny gripe is having to pay extra for a sauce with your steak, nearly everyone will and just seems like something that could be included Used to also do the larger beer bottles which they don't do unfortunately anymore! Nonetheless, amazing steak and not a deal breaker, good service and lovely place to eat

Had a first date here as well as first time In the restaurant. Beautiful artwork on the walls with a nice date night feeling. The service was excellent helping us choose what wine to go for. We chose the steak sharing platter that was cooked to perfection! Will definitely be going again, maybe for the 2nd date.

The £70 sharing steak selection was plenty for the two of us after starters. The steak skewers starter was the best thing I've ever tasted in my life, the prawns a close second. The Malbec was perfect. Service was OK from the teenieboppers. The atmosphere was lovely except a group of characters from a Guy Ritchie film sitting opposite which wasn't the restaurants fault. The tastes are the reason to go and we will 100% be going back. Maybe at lunchtime for a more enjoyable 'date night' experience.

The food here was amazing as always! We are never disappointed when we eat here, the steaks were cooked perfectly! The service was brilliant and our waiter was really friendly. We will 100% be coming back, it's one of our favourite steakhouses.
