Our bar and lounge areas within our restaurants will remain closed, all pre and post dining drinks will be offered at your table. Our restaurant layout has been altered to allow for safe and appropriate social distancing. Menus and napkins will be disposable. Google/Apple Pay available for payment. If you choose this method to pay. All of our team, both front, and back of house will wear gloves and masks where appropriate. We will have hand sanitiser stations at our entrances and outside our bathrooms and we will ask all guests use this on arrival to the restaurant. Anti-bacterial soap is in use in all bathrooms and all surfaces are sanitised every 30 mins. We check the temperature of all team members on arrival to work every day and all team members.

    Posion very small, I usually don't eat a lot, but even for me it was not enough. Steak for main menu was been a little bit bigger from kids menu, but price far to high.

    Best steak I’ve ever eaten! The steak was cooked to perfection and the sides were delicious too. 10/10, highly recommend. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and we received a free round of drinks as there was a slight delay with our starter as the restaurant was very busy (not that we minded the wait as the whole place had a lovely atmosphere). Will definitely be returning!

    It was a lovely evening and for a first time, welcoming staff, food was superb. Though would have loved a nice sitting for a couple’s table for two. Overall, it was a very good experience and would be returning.

    We had the most fantastic meal and evening out at Buenos Aires Nights! The steaks were exceptional and so were the staff. Our server Scarlett was friendly and attentive. She helped to make our night really fun and we can’t wait to come again.

    The food and service were incredible, the staff are an asset and the food is worth every penny. Celebrated my dad’s 50th and they made the effort of acknowledging it was his birthday and brought out a cake for everyone in the restaurant to sing for him. Thank you!! I didn’t catch the wait staffs name but thank you again.

    Overall the experience was great - the food was outstanding and the service was good. The only issue is that we waited a very long time for the food but the manager explained that the kitchen had made a mistake and thought our starters and main courses were expected at the same time. As compensation we were given a glass of wine on the house.

    I had high hopes for a pleasant evening at Buenos Aires Steakhouse, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. Upon arrival, we were left waiting in the doorway for about 5 minutes, which immediately set an awkward tone. We had our 11-month-old baby with us, but hadn’t mentioned it when booking. This seemed to cause some tension, as the staff’s response made it clear that our baby was seen more as an inconvenience than a welcome guest. It wasn’t a great start. Once seated, we asked for a high chair, but it didn’t arrive until after our drink order was taken, and even then, we had to follow up to remind the staff again. It was frustrating not to receive the attention we expected. We ordered bread with our drinks, but after a solid 30-minute wait, we had to ask again about it. This lack of attention continued throughout the meal. We were left with empty glasses multiple times, as the staff seemed to ignore our attempts to get their attention. The real frustration started after 90 minutes of waiting for our food. When it finally arrived, my steak was not cooked to order. I asked for medium, but it came out well done. When the steak was sent back, the staff didn’t properly communicate with the kitchen and simply expected me to eat my side of mashed potatoes while waiting for the new steak. To make matters worse, the mashed potatoes had already gone cold. At this point, we were fed up and explained that we had no time to wait any longer for the replacement steak. The response was less than satisfactory—the waiter’s only solution was to remove the meal we didn’t eat from the bill, with no real apology or effort to make things right. My partner didn’t even get the chance to eat her meal because we spent so much time trying to sort out my order. The baby was getting restless, so we decided to leave. When I spoke to the manager, she did offer a small gesture of goodwill, removing the food from the bill and offering a 25

    The food was enjoyable, but quite pricey. £9,95 for a small bowl of melted cheese with one slice of French bread. We waited an hour to get our starter, even after enquiring after 45 minutes wait… the wait continued! This was apparently because they had run out of bread boards and were waiting for the ones in use to be returned so they could reuse them?! We then waited another 30 minutes for our main course. The steak was good, but the terrible service has put us off from returning. Then they had the cheek to add £16 gratuity to our bill?!?
