Service is really slow. It took about 1 hour + to get our food. We could have easily finished the food within 30 minutes, but because of the wait, we stayed for at least 2 hours. Food is good though, the meat sampler dish is very good in quality and price. We got it for 3 people and it can definitely feed 4-5 people. The brussel sprout and kale dishes were just ok, nothing spectaculr. The shrimp and scallop dishes were delicious. Overall, if it wasn't for the slow service, the rating would be higher.
My fiancé and I came here to celebrate an early
anniversary dinner together and it was just what we were looking for. We wanted to explore our palates with a new flavor and this Argentine gem hit the hammer on the nail. The service was amazing, the atmosphere was divine and the food and DESSERT were exceptional. We definitely got our money’s worth from this place and I would recommend to anyone wanting to try a take on Argentine food.. very authentic.
The food here is fantastic. We loved the Empenadas! Can't wait to go back!
Just OK. Nice wine list. Food prepared well but some things were overcooked. Advertised as BsAs Grill & Tango Bar, but tango show offered only on Fridays and Saturdays, and inconsistent tango music throughout the evening. (Show, when available) is only dancing in between the tables. Have frequented and been hired by tango restaus, bars, and clubs that were better.
Steak was flavorless, overcooked, and chewy. The rest of the meal wasn't much better.
The dancers were quite interesting though, and our server was very attentive.
We were in town for a Real Estate Conference. The food was amazing. Having the live tango dancers was the best part of the experience. Wish they had one in Scottsdale, AZ.
The Tomahawk rib eye was wonderful and flavorful and more than enough for 2 people. The service was great. Would definitely go back.
As always, Buenos Aires was a treat. Amazing food, terrific service and that Tango is terrific.
As authentic an Argentine parrillada as you'll find outside of Argentina and Miami (says this Argentine). Wonderful deserts. Limited wine selection (particularly Argentine wines which are few and not very well chosen) and very, very slow service.
Our group of 4 going to a concert made early reservations. They were ready for us and we had a choice of booth or table. We chose the table but the chairs were a bit hard and would opt for the booth next time. Food was very good but I've only given it 4 stars due to a strange pr-dinner cocktail that tasted a bit off. Very nice and affordable wine list with many Argentinian & Chilean selections. One of our party's dinner entree was late in coming and the waiter was very nice and comped a glass of wine. The flan for dessert was considered by everyone to be the best they'd ever tasted. We will be going back to try some of their other choices. Make sure to have something that comes with the sweet potatoes which were perfectly cooked - thick slices crispy on the outside. Yum!
It was an amazing experience. Loved all the food and how friendly they all are. Will be coming back for sure
The food was truly delicious. Churasco , pollo, sweet potatoes, garlic fries, mashed potatoes all amazing!
It's a shame because this place has great potential. The atmosphere is great but everything else not so much.
In general it seems like they pre cook and pre portion everything out. The food is NOT fresh/ cooked to order.
What we ordered:
Empanadas: they were great!
Lasagna - frozen in the middle. Other than that it was ok. You can tell it wasn't made today.
NY Strip- ordered med well, came out medium and with no seasoning. Thankfully we ordered chimichuri on the side. The veggies that came with it were very sad looking and cold.
Our waiter was also the bartender who had 16 people at the bar. So they must be understaffed. He didn't stop by nearly enough. I had the cold lasagna sitting in front of me for a good 15 minutes.
If Gordon Ramsey came in here under cover it would make for an entertaining episode. This restaurant needs help.
Excellent food, great professional service
Food was excellent, waiter was very friendly and attentive, and atmosphere was pretty cool. If we lived in Seattle and weren't just visiting, we'd be regulars.
We had the cowboy steak and the matahmbre. Both were delicious! The ambiance and service were top notch. A very enjoyable outing.
occasional tango dance - surprised at the number of wardrobe changes...
It was a pleasant surprise. Dinner was great really enjoyed the calamari !
The order was incorrect and the meat was not cooked as it was ordered.
The service was terrible. They got our drink and food orders promptly and the food came decently quick and was delicious. But when we recieved our food we werent asked if we needed anything the server walked away so fast we couldnt even ask him for what we wanted. They never came back to our table until we were ready for our check. I sat with an empty drink at the edge of our table for at least 15 min and never got the wine or sauce we wanted with our food.
A short trip in memory lane to night life and amazing food in Buenos Aires. Highly recommend!
A wonderful experience with mouthwatering delicious food. Steak and lamb were done to perfection. Nice atmosphere. Celebrating 1 year anniversary with my wife.
It is so refreshing to find a place that is so authentically Argentine, even down to the way the wait staff pronounces the words on the menu, which is definitely the Castallano in southern South American. We will definitely be back. Do not miss out on the mollejas (sweetbread...throat or neck meat). It was outstanding! The parillada (grilled meat) was so good. We also loved the creamy lemonade. So refreshing! The ambience is so nice. If you are considering going, do it. You won't be disappointed.
Service and atmosphere and quality of foods, makes it a pleasure to summit a top notch rating, visiting
Seattle from Austin, on our next visit,we will return to B A G , another wonderful experience.
Very nice meat options in a cool environment, though I haven't experienced the tango portion yet.
The steak I had was not cooked to my order - nevertheless it was very tasty. I told this the waitor but he did not care about my complaint.
Trip hacia Alaska
Great experience overall. Food, beer and wine very good. Tango dancing added that extra special experience to the evening. Waiter was very good. The decor was very very well done (Apart from the Maradona picture).
It was our first time in Buenos Aires Grill. The service was very professional and friendly. Ambiance is elegant. And the food.... it was great. We are sure that we will become one of the regulars of this place...
Service was terribly slow for a restaurant that wasn't full....l
Food was great.
First time and I loved it! Everything was absolutely amazing. I'll definitely be back!
We really had a great time here. We didnt get to see the Tango dancers because they ran late. That was certainly a bummer and part of the reason we went. Our waiter was less than attentive but overall it went fantastic. I would go back for sure.
They did not have items listed on the menu. Cost of food items were high compared to the quality of the food.
Buenos Aires Grill was exactly what I'd expected. We got good food and good service. The staff was attentive and the food was cooked to perfection. This is a great place for dates and get togethers but don't expect to have a lot of options for kids. I think that this place is better suited for grown ups. And suit us well,it did.
The place is cool.. The food was great.. Do have the salad bar with your meal! But whatever you do make sure you specify with open table that you do not want to sit in the bar!
Our waiter was great but when he was making drinks there was no back up and as the evening progressed we had no waiter...He turned into the bartender. I did not ask to sit in the bar and made my Anniversary reservation a month ahead. Had I known I would have asked to be moved.
So 5 stars for everything except managements decision in the bar on a Saturday night!!!
We’re looking for Keto friendly dining in Downtown Seattle and they did Not disappoint! The Matambre was excellent . The real surprise was the Tango dancing entertainment!
Nick picky add on prices
The food was excellent, some of the best Argentine food that I've eaten outside of Argentina. Portions were very large, and all the steaks we had just melted in our mouth. It was a slow night, but service was excellent. Would like to return when they have Tango entertainment.
Delicious food, fair pricing and great service. I highly recommend
