   The event wasn't clear about what time ashtray painting was scheduled. When we got there, no one in the lounge greeted us or asked if we needed anything. They also have shut down the cafe so we expected food and there was none. There were no ashtrays left to paint and all or the workers were just standing in the back corner. It was also clear that our reservation didn't matter at all as no one was checking. Even though it was 420, we just decided to leave. I really liked this lounge so this is disappointing.

   Fun time every time I’m there which is 2 days a week at least! This week I arrived and they had bday gifts for me and made the night even more special! Thanx Sam and Alesia for always making sure we have a great time!

   The lounge is such a fun place so chill great prices at the dispensary and the best staff ever!

   Went with my husband for date night. We were really excited for our first lounge experience. The girls working the dispensary had an attitude like our presence was inconvenient and did not attempt to help us at all. Fortunately, we knew what we were doing. We went on empty stomaches and were then informed the cafe was closed at on ongoing basis for reasons unknown. When I let them know we came on empty stomaches, they kind of shrugged and said “yeah.” Was hoping they would let us have food delivered in this case. We were excited for non-alcoholic mocktails. They did not have them, just water you serve yourself that was warm. The lounge was uncomfortable. They were playing Malcolm in the Middle which was random. The guy running the music played stuff that very much did not fit the vibe and only had one song play the whole way theough (it sucked) and then kept changing the song every 30 seconds. There was one woman in there who seemed nice and was very quiet. The lounge was so uncomfortable and set up in a pretty stupid way. You could see all the junk piled up behind a curtain on the wall. We had high hopes, but we will never go back. Smoked one half gram joint and left to go eat. It was fun to laugh at how horrible it was.

   Didn’t realize the Evanston location wasn’t also a consumption lounge so I was a bit disappointed but I still purchased my products

   Nice staff. Door man/budtender very cool. Interesting place. They need to put some heat into the room

   It took over an hour to get some fries. Went on bingo night and it was packed. No room to sit. Food took forever to get there. If def go back but not for the food

   Went last night to celebrate my bday with a group of friends. A highly unsatisfying experience since changing ownership. First, the communications infrastructure seems broken between the space and their third-party reservation services. After receiving day-of confirmations for our reservation from the third party, the staff was baffled when we arrived. The entire Wheeling building was rented, which was not communicated when upon booking (weeks beforehand). They gave odd and unprofessional reasons for the reservation being lost. After this, they encouraged us to shop in the Dispensary and said we *could* be seated after purchasing. The sales rep inside the Dispensary was smug, bored, pushy for the sale. We were then told that our table would be ready shortly... only to be left unattended for 45 minutes. It felt like a neglectful effort to expedite our departure. After sitting for this duration, a supervisor finally appeared. They said that we couldn't be hosted after all, made an odd excuse about a call center, and sent us on our way with some free samples. One of the most appalling hospitality experiences (or, lack thereof) I have experienced. I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere, and we will not be returning. The entire operation felt very dishonest and unpleasant. Incredibly unaligned with the brand name.

    I fell in love with this place when I first went. The service was amazing, food was really good, the ambience was so nice. I loved it so much I was going 2-3 times a month. Once okay was bought out service and quality just disappeared. The staff was changed and there is one gentleman in particular who basically told us to shut up in a lounge where you sit smoke and talk. They used to play movies and games or shows on the tv now nothing plays. They used to check on you periodically and offer water and fill your water when empty. Now they have coolers with no cups. And no one was around for us to ask for cups either. The food menu was changed now it's just horrible sandwiches. Everytime I go that same guy is there and is extra rude and just unapproachable. I will no longer go here unfortunately due to the changes. I didn't mind spending so much on the flower because the ambience and staff was amazing. I refuse to spend hundreds for bad service and a cool lounge that was just completely ruined. It sucks and I hope another lounge opens closer to me since I drive 30-45 minutes to go to okay. Just a bummer to lose a place I really loved.
