Food was good and plenty waiter was very friendly very convenient all the employees were very helpful
In comment section I stated it was our anniversary dinner ..wanted to surprise husband.., they never mentioned it during our meal .,. Took nearly 20 minutes to get our bread .. restaurant was slow that evening... I just felt like a number & not a person... very poor
Good not great. A little pricey for what we ordered
Hostess would not give our party a booth even though the restaurant was mostly empty. We just assumed it had been assigned to another reservation, but it sat empty for the entirety of our meal. The food was very average Italian fare, and the food was just plopped onto the plates. I expected my "Cake Boss" dessert to be amazing, but the cannoli was nothing special. We probably could have gotten better value at the food court TBH.
We absolutely love Buddy Vs. It is our go to spot in Bethlehem. Great food, great service, good stuff!!
Waitress and waiter/bartender were amazing! Food delicious!!! Service time amazing especially with pre concert crowd. Coming back soon!!!
Loved it!service was great! Food was yummy!
Ate here before an event at the Sands Casino. Great warm bread and oil to start the meal, diverse menu and very friendly and attentive staff.
Four of us went for dinner. The Sunday gravy is good, but not outstanding. The shrimp scampi had a red sauce without garlic and was nothing like you would expect it to be. It was okay. Bread is good. Linguini and clams is good. The waitress was extremely mean and rude to us because we got drinks at the bar. It was happy hour and they were half price at the bar (a glass of wine was $12 otherwise). Anyway, she scolded us, bar tender REFUSED us and embarrassed us. The waitress then was like an evil mean witch we were all afraid of, even though we ordered drinks from her after being reprimanded. Just wanted to get out of there and I will never go back.
Outstanding Italian food along with great service! We didn't feel rushed, there wasn't one negative about the experience!
Our server topped the whole experience.
The food was very good and the servers were friendly.
My friend and I split the veal chop bone in parmigiana which was enough for two people and delicious.
We added a side of spaghetti with garlic and oil. There was no sharing charge. My other friend had the cheese ravioli which she said were very light so that she ate her whole dish of food.
The restaurant is on the casino level of the Sands. The layout was nice, and reservations are definitely needed on a weekend. The fresh baked rolls were great!
Great Food, Nice atmosphere, friendly, professional wait staff! Overall very goid dining experience!
Overpriced Italian that was not better than any average place. Gave us a specials menu, but waiter said not in effect. Meals did not come with salad or bread that you would find at most places. Was offered cheese bread but was surprised to find it on bill for 9 dollars. Waiter made it sound free. Don’t waste your time.
Some of the best, most authentic Italian around, Portions are generous, so leave room for that Cake Boss dessert!
Service is slipping a bit from when they first opened. No salt & pepper on our table (or on the two tables next to us), and our request for them went unfulfilled. Overall, well worth the visit.
Food is very good but a little pricey for pasta. We only come when we have money to use from our casino comps. Little to expensive for us to pay out of pocket.
Room is too dark to read the menu; had to ask for butter for the bread (no olive oil on the table either). Steak undercooked and overpriced for what was obviously a frozen piece of meat.
Thanksgiving special was actually......."special"... Joe Russo
Servers were very nice and knowledgeable. Service was slow though, especially towards the end of our meal. Salad and cocktails were great, pizza just okay.
Really like the place. Excellent food. Always very good service.
We were there to celebrate our grandaughter's birthday. The food, service and atmosphere were great. Also, we were able to use our food comps!
This was our second visit in a month and both times we had had the same problem. The drinks and appetizers come out quickly and then we have to wait for our main course from the kitchen. My low rating for service is not for the wait staff who were extremely attentive and kept apologizing for the delay. The service from the kitchen is horrible. They obviously do not have enough staff. The one visit there was almost an hour wait in between courses and the second was almost 45 minutes. The food was good but the long wait is very frustrating and ruins the dining experience.
Great food and waitress is excellent! The host was so rude (blonde long hair) she ruins my night.
Food was bland. All had different items and all we're flavorless or very salty. Noodles hard.
Overall disappointing I wanted no onions in my food she said there so fine a little you won’t see them well that was lie. I would have ordered something else. It would also be nice to have an option for a small side salad. The service took so long that we missed the bakery downstairs and I promised my daughters cup cakes. It would be nice to have the options to buy other bake goods upstairs to.
Great meal before the show. My friend who is Italian started it was truly like Grandma's cooking.
We compared the pre show dinners at Buddy V's to another Italian restaurant. Buddy V's was the preferred choice. The food was tastier, more unique, and service was tops. Another pre show? We'll be back.
We were at the Sands hotel and had lunch at Bobby V ‘s. Very nice. Good service and the food was good.
Our service and food were only so-so. Chicken parm was dry and tough. We did the 3 course pre event meal so at least the price was reasonable
The service was great. I would order something else the next time i go. The chicken parmigiana was good, did not like the spaghetti. The bread , Caesar salad and desert was good. Pic taken by the waiter. Thank you for making my birthday special.
Got the pre-show dinner. Delicious, great service, great value. The chicken parmigiana with pasta was probably the best I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend.
Food was ok not great, portions were small and food wasn’t all that hot either.
While at the Sands Casino in Bethlehem to celebrate my husband’s birthday, we visited Buddy V’s. The food and service were outstanding. We especially enjoyed our eggplant parmigiana appetizer and warm Nutella cake dessert. Portions were very large — we could have shared my chicken parmigiana entree! We will most definitely return to Buddy V’s.
we had a great time, The staff was very attentive and super mice we will definitely revisit.
I eat here fairly often. This time however the wait was extraordinarily long and the pizza dish came out with a black bottom ( dirty oven ?). I expect better.
Excellent food, great wait staff and atmosphere. Comfort food at its best
Service was great but the food was outstanding. My wife had the lasagna and I had the Sunday Gravy. Highly recommend the eggplant parm appetizer. Only complaint is it is too dark. The brightness could be bumped a notch or two and it would still be cozy and perfect for a date.
Everything was great except I am tired of wearing a coat while I eat. My food gets cold & I am uncomfortable.
Our waiter Marco was excellent. Friendly staff and very good dishes
