   We were traveling and booked into the Stirling Hotel, buddy boy is attached to the hotel. The kitchen opened at 5.30pm which was perfect for us as we had been driving all day and only had snacks and no real meal for lunch. We ordered the scotch fillet and trout. (Polenta chips with trout not great) Both meals were delicious. Service was great and quick. We would definitely come again if passing through.

   Unfortunately the meal arrived barely warm. The steak was full of gristle. The room itself was to cold , the air conditioner didn't help with the warm dish. I doubt very much that we will return.

   The menu offers a delicious variety of fresh and flavourful meal options. The pricing structure does mean you need to carefully consider your choices. If you are working with a budget the venue is classy and clean with a fresh new look although the noise can get a little extreme when there are lots of bodies in the room some music may help to balance things out. Overall, delicious food, great service, and a really enjoyable evening.
