The Staff of Budd's Broiler were fantastic!! I had a scheduled dinner meeting with a customer and had to present information that was vital to the dinner meeting. The staff saw this on my reservation and accommodated my Colleague and I with the Boardroom which was a private room off the main dinning area with a presentation TV. To say the least, it was an outstanding gesture to respond to our need for our customer. Customer truly enjoyed the experience to be able to relax with a drink and a top notch dinner. I will definitely be bringing more of my clients to this restaurant and experience this hospitality!!

Excellent supper as always... We had the tomahawk (our second time) wow!!! Matt (senior server) was totally attentive from wine through starter, entre, and desert. (Decanting the wine was a special flair). Maitre d was wonderful and welcoming. Staff in total put-it-all-together to make a special evening for us. Thank you all.

Great food, excellent service. A terrific 50th birthday night. The fire roasted tomato soup was wonderful. Great steak. Excellent creme brulee.

Had a reservation and the front desk got my husband and I a table right on time.
The food and service was excellent; although we were seated by a window which was nice but I could not enjoy my meal as well as I should have because it was so cold in that area.

Starter was shrimp
Main- steak w baked potato and crisp hot broccoli
Dessert was hot fudge Sunday
Service was good - they checked on us, but weren’t in our face excessively
Over all a good experience

Had the 3 for 25 menu.
Way to much celery in shrimp cocktail. Only had 5 shrimp... sirloin steak was stringy...baked potato was good... loved the broccoli and cream brûlée...

Like it so much we made reservations for Valentines Day. Atmosphere was excellent. Menu choices were excellent. Our server could have smiled more, been a bit more friendly. Time from placing order to food delivery was very good. This was our first time to Budd's Broiler. So nice to get very good food quality and presentation. Wine list very nice.

Made a reservation and was seated quickly. Drinks, appetizers and entrees all came at the perfect time. Not too quickly and not a long wait by any means. Been there twice and my husband and I have had the boneless wings, beef wellington, prime rib, prawn scampi and wagyu steak. All have been AMAZING and it is our favorite date night spot. The cocktails are excellent as well. I whole heartedly recommend.

The restaurant is very nice and clean. We never had to ask for water and the wait staff was very friendly
Buds is as close to a 4 star restaurant as we will find in the Tri-Cities.

Wine prices were a bit over the top. Quite discouraging. I’m accustomed to the food industry markup on wines but these prices were definitely on the “greed” side of things.

We was celebrating our 41 anniversary and put it on the reservation and not one person there even mentioned it. The gal at the front desk seemed confused and she might have been new and if so should have never been left by herself. Also when making the reservation it didn't give me the option to select a table it just came up saying open table even though your sight supposedly gives you the option to reserve a table, which we would have asked for a booth. Also you didn't have the 2 beers I asked for so had to settle for less, very disappointing and most likely will not be back.

Had a great date night dinner. I love Anthony’s; now I love Buddy’s. Ate the best steak I’ve had in almost a decade. Waitstaff is prompt and efficient. The meal was a little pricey but I have no complaints. Did I mention the steak was perfect!

Always a wonderful experience. We came early and enjoyed an early bird special dinner. It was amazing and so much food. What a great experience. Steak was perfect.

We got exactly what we came for---amazing seasoned, perfectly cooked steak! The server was attentive, however, she forgot to bring 2 spoons for us to eat our yummy seasonal dessert. Thankfully I had kept my dinner fork so we could share. Great atmosphere, holiday music could have been more classical vs pop, but very nicely decorated for the holiday season! We will be back! Thank you!!!

The steaks were excellent. Our server, sadly not so much. IMO L, this young boy needs some lessons on how to converse and serve. I felt like someone representing this establishment and serving high end meals should know how to "think outside the box". He forgot sour cream on my husband's meal. He decided to discourage my father in trying ice tea with the bar possibly putting natural flavors in saud tea. He explained "how awful it would be". (Kinda came off smug and he really felt like we were asking him to do something more than his typical job). We chose your restaurant for the high end food and expected that in our service. It sadly was not. We were prior to any major rush, so no reason for the lack of. Our bill was substantial and the steaks were very good. Two of the baked potatoes were over cooked. As good as the steaks were, in not sure we would choose to spend our money with you again.
