The Buddha-Bar Restaurant New York City, is ideally located within the industrial-turned-lifestyle heart of New York’s TriBeCa neighborhood. The restaurant, bar, and lounge sit within a landmarked historic building in a vaulted two-story space with a meticulous, opulent modern design perfectly aligned with the rustic beams and bricks of the original structure. Summer 2021 brings the return of a $1 million, custom, 16-foot, glass-hewn Buddha sculpture, music, and energy from the resident DJ, globally-inspired Asian Fusion cuisine, and the famed vibe of Buddha-Bar to New York City.

Any party accompanied by children under the age of 10 must be seated in our Lounge Dining Area.

Your table will be reserved for 1 hour and 30 minutes for parties of up to 2; 2 hours for parties of up to 4; 2 hours and 30 minutes for parties of up to 6; 3 hours for parties of 7+

Overall great experience! The food was delicious, especially the sushi and scallion noodles. Loved the orange dessert too and the brussel sprouts. They forgot to bring out our crispy rice spicy tuna and would have loved to have tried it.

Service was slow. Had to chase down waiter to take orders. Drinks took a long time to come even with a small crowd attending. Hostess brought out the birthday cake only to reveal after we sang happy birthday that the birthday cake that was brought out belong to another table with a whole different name on it....embarrassing!!!! Bill was high and wasnt even worth it.

It was fantastic! I decided to celebrate my new job role here and it was absolutely right chose! The rolls were absolutely delicious, for my opinion it is the best rolls in NYC! Service and team were friendly and professional, all suggestions from the team were the 10/10 And also I want to mention the quality of sound and DJ set- it the place where you can really enjoy it!

The place is pricey but it's worth it. Food was flavorful and they have good service. We had dinner here to find out about the private function rooms located in the second floor that my wife's company reserved for an event this coming Wednesday.

We were very excited to try Buddha bar. And unfortunately it was very underwhelming. We ordered a bunch of stuff to share. The spicy tuna crispy rice was tasteless and the crab noodles which were $44! were mushy and taste like perfume. The seasoning was just one note and it was not appetizing at all. The waitress was very good and understanding but we were very disappointed in the food. The drinks were delicious but we won’t be returning.

SKIP SKIP SKIP! I have always enjoyed just about every restaurant I book through OpenTable, no matter where I am in the country, especially NYC. I finally ran into probably one of the worst restaurants in the city. The servers were great the bartender and drinks - great. The food?!terrible. And I mean take your crispy rice and use it as a doorstop terrible. Everything was overcooked, soggy and just plain weird. The skirt stale was good, but it was very fatty. The appetizers tasted old,!the server brought us something we didn’t order, some strange salad (I think it was supposed to be cesar) drenched in mayo.!just bad, bad and more bad. The sushi was overflowing with stuff - and that not good. The restaurant is very cool, so I gave them points for that - and the server was great. For $450 go to BONDst. I wish I could get my money this was a total waste. Get it together BB, all you have to do is cook make good food! SKIP

Kenji is truly the best waiter we have ever encountered. His attentive service, friendly demeanor, and extensive knowledge of the menu made our dining experience exceptional. Kenji anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and provided excellent recommendations that enhanced our meal. We highly recommend Kenji for anyone seeking top-notch service.
